Went to this store today to buy a smoothy. Arrived at 10am, the sign on the door said it opened at 9am. The door was locked and I could see a lady sitting on a stool behind the counter staring back at me. I stood there for a few minutes and nothing happened so I walked away.

Great establishment. The older reviews certainly do not reflect the current state of portions and service. Always a nice size for the money, and am more than excited to continue returning for a nice fresh quick meal. Sometimes they will throw in something special if you’re nice :)

As someone whose struggling to eat even marginally healthy, any options that make it a more palatable journey are very welcome. I can add Freshii to that list of foods that aren't killing me but I can still enjoy! Thank you!

I usually order ahead on the app, the food is always good but I would say 95% of the time I order, there is something missing, or an instruction was not followed (dressing on the side). It's not a huge deal but it happens so often that it's super frustrating! It's honestly pretty rare when I get exactly what I've ordered lol.
