The food at Green Wok is not bad at all—flavorful and freshly made. The place is also clean and neat, which I really appreciate. However, the guy at the counter made the experience a bit uncomfortable. It felt like he was rushing me through my order and honestly, it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Customer service makes a big difference, and I would gladly give a better review if that attitude changed.

Ample seating. The food is good and quickly made. The staff is able to help if you have questions and gives recommendations for what works well. The cost is good for the amount you get.

Decided to give this place a shot, everyone seems to rave about it on Reddit. The soup was good but my pick up experience was not great. The gentleman behind the counter looked absolutely miserable... Not the experience I was expecting at all. I won't be back unless they put someone behind the counter who can actually smile or at the very least; fake one.

Food is bussin, so delicious. Service is horrible, staff is rude. The definition of Animal Cruelty, Koi should live in a much larger tank or pond. I don’t think anything would want to live in such a bare tank, their last ones died too.. no wonder.

I didn't get the soup (big mistake). I got takeout it arrived at a great time. The food had a fraction of the flavor it promised. The noodles give it volume so you feel full while the food is bad. Do not get the orange chicken. The gyoza were delicious!

Went for lunch after coming to lethbridge craving chinese food and was really let down by the food. I went shortly after it opened so it was fresh and hot. The noodles were by far and large the biggest letdown in a while as they had absolutely zero flavour just plain boiled noodles with cabbage no vegetables or soy sauce or any seasoning. The orange chicken was second as it had flavour but very little and 4 pieces were just cartilage that I could not chew threw. The honey garlic pork was ok but had barely any sauce which was disappointing as the saw tasted great! And the one redeeming quality was that the sweet and sour pork was actually awesome! Besides the sweet and sour pork I was really really letdown by the meal and it did not feel like it was worth 20 dollars I will be sticking to other restaurants. Customer service was mediocre as when asked how spicy the ginger beef was (asked really spicy like a extra szechuan pepper noodles spicy or a sweet and spicy like sweet chili) he went on for about 2 minutes saying how he does not answer that question anymore which just felt unprofessional. Overall would not recommend at least for the items I had except for the sweet and sour pork which again was actually really good and made me feel like at least part of my meal was worth it even if the other 3/4 of the meal were terrible.
I love green wok! My family has been going way back from when it was Qoola and there was frozen yogurt! The soup is delicious, I always get a #12 chicken and vegetable Wonton, but today I had the B3 chicken and Wonton curry and omg 😍😍😍😍 I recommend this place to everyone! huge portions, fair price!

This was my first time in. Soy sauce in the bottle was so old. It ruined the rice. Chow mein was bland. Chicken balls were ok but I won't be back.

I got takeout, it was not my favorite.It was pretty unremarkable and if this was the regular quality food that they serve, it makes me confused why everyone says good things about the food here.Ordered lo mein, fried rice, ginger beef, and won ton soup. Every bit of it was just.. average and kinda bland.I probably wouldn't order again.
