I placed an order around 1:00 PM through a delivery app, and when it arrived, I was shocked to find bugs in the food while eating. I had no choice but to throw the entire order away. I immediately called to request a refund, but they hung up on me. Extremely disappointing experience — not only is this a serious food safety concern, but the customer service was also terrible.

This place is awful the food is horrible the deep fried shrimp have to much batter with no flavor sure not a tempura batter as it is thick and heavy . The ginger beef is so hard could break your teeth and does not have any flavor . The shrimp fried rice had no flavor and the shrimp were cut into such tiny pieces if you were not looking for them would never know . The Shanghai noodles were about the most flavourful thing we ordered and still had not much taste. I would never order from there again had wonton soup from there a few months earlier and it was disgusting as well . Ended up going and getting my money back and then the old lady cook was cranky and yelling at me after she made such awful food

We ordered take out from here and the food overall had no flavour, especially the fried rice. Other places also give a complimentary steamed rice, but we didn’t get one here. It was pretty expensive for what you get. I was also not greeted nicely by the gentleman at the counter, nor by the gentleman who answered my call to place my order.

I ordered chicken fried rice through a mobile order and the rice was very hard to chew and even the smell was not great.. On contacting them and asked for some sort of help like refund or if they can send me new order they denied to my request and said we cannot believe on this ending up by hanging my call . Later I went to their restaurant and the front guy did not listened me properly and went towards the another side without helping me.. It was very strange experience..

The food at Green Wok is not bad at all—flavorful and freshly made. The place is also clean and neat, which I really appreciate. However, the guy at the counter made the experience a bit uncomfortable. It felt like he was rushing me through my order and honestly, it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Customer service makes a big difference, and I would gladly give a better review if that attitude changed.
Ample seating. The food is good and quickly made. The staff is able to help if you have questions and gives recommendations for what works well. The cost is good for the amount you get.

The gentleman behind the counter looked absolutely miserable... Not the experience I was expecting at all. I won't be back unless they put someone behind the counter who can actually smile or at the very least; fake one.

Food is bussin, so delicious. Service is horrible, staff is rude. The definition of Animal Cruelty, Koi should live in a much larger tank or pond. I don’t think anything would want to live in such a bare tank, their last ones died too.. no wonder.

I didn't get the soup (big mistake). I got takeout it arrived at a great time. The food had a fraction of the flavor it promised. The noodles give it volume so you feel full while the food is bad. Do not get the orange chicken. The gyoza were delicious!
