Went here over the weekend with my wife and kids and the service was great and the food was hot and fresh. My only complaint is the way we hear everything that is going in the kitchen. At one point we even heard someone, most likely the manager yelling and swearing at their staff which is not a good look for a supposed family friendly restaurant. I worked as a manager at a restaurant back then and I have never raised my voice or sworn at my staff like that, so please do better...

Possibly the slowest service I've had in my life. Waited over an hour for our food. Food was good after it came out, and the server was friendly. Won't be back though.

Rushed us so much to make our order, didn’t check on us at all after food arrived, didn’t come back to clear our plates, didn’t ask if we wanted take out containers for the leftovers, didn’t attempt any type of conversation with us. It was not even busy at all…. Just lazy service. Food was ok

I ordered online from IHOP and honestly… never again. We spent $53 on our meal and they still couldn’t get a simple order right. When I arrived for pickup, the host didn’t even acknowledge me. No “hi,” no “good morning,” nothing. I told her I was there for a pickup, gave my name, and all she said was “here” when she had me the bad. Not exactly great customer service.
We got home and opened everything, and of course, it was wrong. I ordered chicken and pancakes and they gave me chicken and waffles instead. Not the end of the world, but how do you mess up something that basic? And we ordered two sides of hashbrowns but only got one.
For $53, I expected at least the right food and a little bit of courtesy. Really disappointed.

Food was good. We ordered the cheeseburger omelet and steak omelet. Both good. A side of strawberry & banana waffles - yummy! I got the cold brew vanilla coffee - I wasn't a fan at all of the taste. It was pretty busy- we arrived around 1030am on a Sunday. Despite it being busy the service was still good.
