I ordered online from IHOP and honestly… never again. We spent $53 on our meal and they still couldn’t get a simple order right. When I arrived for pickup, the host didn’t even acknowledge me. No “hi,” no “good morning,” nothing. I told her I was there for a pickup, gave my name, and all she said was “here” when she had me the bad. Not exactly great customer service.
We got home and opened everything, and of course, it was wrong. I ordered chicken and pancakes and they gave me chicken and waffles instead. Not the end of the world, but how do you mess up something that basic? And we ordered two sides of hashbrowns but only got one.
For $53, I expected at least the right food and a little bit of courtesy. Really disappointed.

Food was good. We ordered the cheeseburger omelet and steak omelet. Both good. A side of strawberry & banana waffles - yummy! I got the cold brew vanilla coffee - I wasn't a fan at all of the taste. It was pretty busy- we arrived around 1030am on a Sunday. Despite it being busy the service was still good.

Too many items to select from.. all good.. Great picture that invite you to order one of everything lol.. but one can't do that..so we'll have to come back again.. IHOP isn't just about pancakes anymore. They can cook your food right and get to it to your table..
