“I am a Japanese visitor staying in Lethbridge on a long-term business trip. On November 8, I visited Nakagama for the first time. A bus driver and my Canadian colleagues highly recommended this store.

Nakagama truly feels like a Japanese supermarket. Though it’s a small store, the selection is impressive, covering all essential Japanese seasonings and popular foods. They also carry a variety of rice options. For anyone wanting to enjoy healthy, delicious Japanese cuisine, I highly recommend checking out Nakagama.“

“Great customer service! We ordered our food tonight and it took an hour and a half for the food to come to the north side and the delivery driver had had it 20 minutes after we ordered. So we didn’t want to take the chance of eating food that had been sitting in a hot car for over an hour. The manager re-ordered out food and gave us a discount for the inconvenience that was totally out of their control in the first place. Kudos to you guys as good customer service these days is hard to come by! And the food is always great!“

“Newer joint in Lethbridge, took my teenager for all you can eat- supper menu is $29 and you can order ANYTHING off the menu inc. deserts; sadly we were too full to get that far. We ordered ginger beef, teriyaki chicken,gyoza,sashimi,calamari, soup,salad,and a variety of rolls. Wasn’t a fan of a few specialty rolls the rest was really good! Would have been twice the price or more off an a la carte menu elsewhere. Good service and overall we thought is was a solid 8/10! 10/10 for value. I suggest order light as some dishes were more then I expected(and some smaller).“

“Dono sushi consistently provides tremendous service, with an equally charming and inviting atmosphere. The booths are extremely private, and allow for a very comfy experience. The front staff are always eager to deliver exquisite service with a smile! The chefs work magic behind the counter in a very timely manner, and it seems the food gets better everytime we go.

Perfect for a date night, or a group get together. By far one of the best establishments in Lethbridge, and a must visit for locals!“
