I had an awful experience I ordered a acai bowl and the girl just walks away. So disappointed with the service people can be mean. I don’t recommend this place . I will take my business elsewhere

Never buying from here again. I forgot my shaker cup and just asked for an empty cup and fork. They refused. If they’re too cheap to give out a spoon and cup then what else are they skimping on?

I ordered a strawberry cream boba with lychee popping jelly, and it was such a waste of money. The pearls were not fresh so they were gritty and falling apart. Most of the popping lychee didn't even make it up the straw because they were disintegrating just from swishing the drink. The only positive is the lady serving was very patient with my indecisive mind. Anyway, I'll never order Boba drink from Jugo.

And all the sudden I met this man at the counter and I told him what I wanted and I had five cents off and he didn’t give me the drink five cents off I was like are you kidding me ?this Roodman couldn’t even give me a drink that was five cents off. This place is trash I’ll never go there again thank you jugo your the worst??
Kid-friendliness: I’m sorry but my daughter couldn’t even get a drink without five cents off are you serious right now? This is ridiculous and my daughter will never be coming here again. I just thought it was really rude and if I was working there, I would probably still give my daughter the drink. She was craving that and wanting it for almost 4 days now and I let her go and she didn’t even get a drink.

Terrible! 4 of us had: Mocha Latte, Vanilla Latte, Tea w/milk and a black coffee. The only thing that was drinkable was the coffee. The mocha’s tasted like coloured water. When we complained, nothing was done. We’ll never stop here again. Absolutely terrible products and terrible response by the manager. Crap!!!

This cozy spot offers refreshing juice and smoothies along with excellent customer service. I personally sampled the Gold Digger Immunity Smoothie, and while I enjoyed its flavors, my son wasn't a fan of the ginger taste. The restaurant provides a decent amount of space for dining in, and it's conveniently located next to the YMCA counter to help you find it easily.
