“First time ever, my order was delivered to me hot and tasty!!! Gravy was hot, fries were hot, chicken was hot, and neatly placed in the bucket.This has NEVER happened. Ordered the 2 for one sandwich special, and they were also hot and tasty. Loved the buns !!!! Such a delightful change to see such care taken to provide food. I even got a call from the store because one of the items I ordered was not available.Kudos to the staff that clearly cared about customer service. Was it pricey? Absolutely!!!! “I didn't go to grab food for myself. I went to grab food for my grandmother and my grand aunts. I personally can't stand KFC but they seem to enjoy it and I really liked how quick everything was ready for such a large meal that I purchased. Very excellent service, very prompt“
“My family hasn't been to KFC in many years as my dad didn't like that they changed the recipe (the chicken was dry an not so greasy as it once was). When we finally gave KFC a try many years later we liked the chicken especially my dad. It was flavorful and moist and we will be coming back in the future.“

I ALWAYS ASK for “ALL WHITE MEAT with 2 RIBS and 2 BREASTS” and KFC OFFERS THIS to ME at a VERY MINIMAL UPCHARGE of ONLY $2.
The STAFF are VERY KIND, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and the CHICKEN is ALWAYS FRESH, HOT, JUICY and TENDER!!!
The FRIES NOW HAVE a SPECIAL BARBECUE STYLE SEASONING ON that GIVES a MUCH BETTER FLAVOUR than REGULAR SALT!!!
IF YOU are IN LETHBRIDGE and PERHAPS IN The PARK PLACE MALL…. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that YOU STOP at THIS KFC FOOD OUTLET IN the MALL FOOD COURT, and YES…. I will MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING for MORE GREAT CHICKEN!!!

“Tonight I went through the drive thru at the kfc on west side it was about 11:40pm and the young lady at the window counter was amazing. Her name was Ashema ( i hope i spelled correctly ?) She was a new customer service representative at the drive thru window and she was so friendly patient and polite and was one of the best cashier I've come across.she was truly a pleasure and she deserves a shout of praise and 5 stars for outstanding service tonight.thank you again so much Ashema. Best of luck, KFC is lucky to have you join thier team.“
