I ordered food on door dash a hour before close the app went through 9 drivers hour and a half later it said it was cancled don't accept orders if you can't fuffil them a hour before close, got my hungry a** hopes up only to have my KFC dreams dashed I will not ever order from this location again and I've worked at KFC. I know how long it takes to put chicken down and cook some fries it does not take a hour I know it's Friday and y'all Wana go home and start your weekend cleaning the breading table and having the supervisor check your duty list is a drag on a friday night but dang... I wanted to start mine with some late night KFC no biggie.... But no.... I will never order KFC again and no this isn't over dramatic I've had a long day and I'm hangry ok....

I had a wonderful experience at this KFC on the south side of Lethbridge. We are from Taber and stopped here from grocery shopping for Dinner and we were blown away. The chicken we ordered was great and Rick was very accommodating and made our experience at the store splendid. All workers we came across had a smile on their face and radiated positive vibes. Would highly recommend this store.

Today I visited the kfc on south side with my friend. We dine in around 5pm, we had very nad experience from the staff. Two workers(girls) start yelling on male co-worker in front of 6 to 7 customers one girl had red hair and another one seems like manager or supervisor. They were so rude , unprofessional, we were there for almost ah hour but their behaviour remain same. Both of them were very unprofessional, so smile no customer service, I feel sad for the guy that he had to go through all this.

My husband ordered in dt 1 boneless bucket ( 8 tenders, popcorn lg, fried lg and 2 large gravy) today June 25th at 5:11PM. When we're about to prepare it, saw regular chicken instead of 8 tenders. My son only eats boneless chicken like tenders and popcorn.
I called the branch and spoke to Nicole. The employee told me that my husband should have check and return the wrong order and said that we need to return the chicken back to replace it with 8 tenders. I said no chance at all as we have a gathering. My husband just both a bucket upon my son's request as he's a picky eater. I asked the employee what if we were not from Lethbridge, she said that we can put the chicken in the fridge and when we come to Lethbridge, they can replace the items. WTH, really? She said they can't replace the item without returning the regular chicken. Didn't even apologize. Didn't go through with the convo. Just advised her to better dealing with opportunities next time. To advise a guest to keep the regular chicken in the fridge and return it when there is a chance to be able to get a replacement is insane.

My wife was just fired from KFC for supposedly not cleaning the floors properly,as well as other petty stuff I have noticed that my wife kaylah hours have been reduced significantly I also feel that the manager treated my wife unfairly and fat shamed kaylah
Wanted spicy crispy and they said I had to wait 25 to 30 minutes.I said no and left. This is not fast food take out.

DON'T BOTHER WITH ONLINE ORDERS. I don't mind this KFC, Employees are terrible at online pick up orders and don't even see it, so when you show up you have to let them know they have an order and then they will start making it. The food was good and I enjoyed the evening staff over the day staff and the day staff seem indifferent and stressed, however all the staff work hard all the time regardless of the day. The inside is a little small if it's busy, otherwise it is fine.

Had to wait over 1/2 an hour for an expensive Family Meal. 10 piece bucket had 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs. All burnt, batter falling off into bottom of a bucket with a weirdly dark grease stain in it. Fries were cold and soooo old. Salad had only macaroni, dressing, and diced carrots. The coleslaw was only dressing, white cabbage (bitter tasting) and again diced carrots. Popcorn chicken and Gravy was okay but cold. Overpriced for an unappetizing meal. Will not return here to dine.
