Ordered on line couple days ago. Got there in 15 minutes. Had to wait 10 minutes for our 2, 2 piece dinners and gravy. Got to truck and checked order, they forgot to put in gravy but didn't forget to charge me. Went back in and they had to recheck order and seen they made the mistake. Chicken was luke warm, popcorn chicken and fries were COLD.The only thing that made them warm was the gravy. How anyone can screw up on such a simple order is beyond me. Maybe try and make sure your food is hot and not sitting under your feeble lamps for an hour. Pathetic.

Lady who my order was very impatient and screamed every word she said. ordered a chicken sandwich no meal which I’ve done many times and did not get what I ordered. trying to pass off a regular chicken sandwich as a Big Crunch(either that or the most pitiful Big Crunch ever) The mayo on it was hot and split and the meat had no texture lettuce was brown and slimy. one look after I got it home to eat it and I threw it out . Lost my business.

Worst customer service !! August 17th Sunday 7.45pm. They said they have nothing but a new batch of chicken to cook and made us wait 17 minutes while we saw another group of customers served within 5 minutes !!! So do these employees serve the customers equally or not ? Ridiculous !!!

Food was decent. Staff was great. My complaint is: when you order 8 piece meal, it comes with ONE piece of white meat? We added 2 extra pieces breast meat and were told that they can only supply dark meat as an extra. Really? Where does all the white meat go? It’ll be Msry Browns next time. No more KFC!!

Every time I eat KFC I end up with a very bad stomach due to the flower that you use doesn’t help when you’re a coeliac or gluten intolerant. It’s not that I don’t like your chicken. I’ve tried it in five different places, and it still turned out to be the same issue so my opinion I guess I won’t be eating anymore of that KFC until you guys can come up with a different batter.

Placed an online order. Only received part of my order that I paid for. Contacted both the store directly as well as a provided support number. Neither could assist me. Was bounced back and forth with both saying that they couldn't help. Basically I placed an order which was 'glitched' in the app. I paid for an item that I did not receive and was unable to receive a refund or the item. Very poor customer service.
My family hasn't been to KFC in many years as my dad didn't like that they changed the recipe (the chicken was dry an not so greasy as it once was). When we finally gave KFC a try many years later we liked the chicken especially my dad. It was flavorful and moist and we will be coming back in the future.

I just want to comment on how FRIENDLY and LOVELY my experience was at KFC South Lethbridge. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and such a great experience. I left there very happy that I made that choice that day.....!

I will give them credit that we got exactly what we ordered in a decent time. Nobody was rude or anything like that.
We ordered a boneless bucket. You could tell that the chicken strips were made fresh and they tasted fine. However, the fries and popcorn chicken were very stale and dry and tasted like they had been sitting for a good while. The popcorn chicken almost tasted a little dusty, which seems unlikely so maybe it's just old oil they were cooked in. It was bad enough that my kid wouldn't eat it and breaded chicken is a favorite treat for them. Won't be visiting this location again and it's pretty disappointing for how expensive a boneless bucket is.
Save yourself some trouble and buy some frozen popcorn chicken and cook it in an air fryer.
