I waited a very long time just to order and when I revived my food it wasn’t good at all - the chicken sandwich was cold and not nearly as good as every other time I’ve had KFC. I’d avoid this place absolutely.

The drive thru is the world slowest kfc drive thru..every time when i go to drive thru….the minimum waiting time is 45 minutes….no sense of urgency….someone needs to teach them what is mean by drive thru…

Worst KFC drive through customer service ever!!! The employee who took our payment and handed our food was rude to say the least. This was around 6:20pm, Thursday 16 October. Will never go there again or recommend this location to anyone!

Made a online order, waited 15m, after that they said I would have to wait another 15m to get the chicken because they had to cook it.

The chicken is most of times greasy and small sized , the service is okay as the people working are super chill , atmosphere wise the place needs some cleaning cuz sometimes the shoes would stick to the floor and some tables are not cleaned , but if you need a quick food this is an OKAY place.

Called 1/2 hr before , ordered, went to pick it up wasn’t started had to wait in a store where your shoes are sticking to flor , tables were empty, un cleaned, had a hard time understanding people behind counter, not impressed.
I’m so sick of having to make sure they give me sauce. Please ask the customer what sauce they would like no one eats chicken without sauce

How about your employees not park directly infront of the store. The silver Dakota is owed by one of your employees. These spots should be used by customers not employees
Ordered the 10 pc chicken tenders with 3 sides last night about 7:00. Waited in the drive thru line for several minutes. Got to the window , paid for my order , waited again for several minutes( lots of people ordering chicken tenders!) Got my order and when I got home, discovered that I did not get my chicken tenders that I paid for , but instead a 10 pc bucket of chicken . Mostly legs and thighs! Definitely a sneaky move in my opinion hoping I would not complain, but for the price difference they should have just been honest at the window and refunded me back the difference if they could not give me what I ordered! Very disappointed.
Tonight I went through the drive thru at the kfc on west side it was about 11:40pm and the young lady at the window counter was amazing. Her name was Ashema ( i hope i spelled correctly ?) She was a new customer service representative at the drive thru window and she was so friendly patient and polite and was one of the best cashier I've come across.she was truly a pleasure and she deserves a shout of praise and 5 stars for outstanding service tonight.thank you again so much Ashema. Best of luck, KFC is lucky to have you join thier team.
