Food was good. But customer service was zero, old lady working at front has an attitude and she was so egostic towards our order and she even didnot know how to talk to customer i would give 0 zero star for her customer service.

Thought I would treat myself to KFC today. I ordered the double slider (1st time ever). The cashier was waay too quiet calling out the person who ordered AND when I did get my food, I paid $8.40 for two small pieces of chicken. I know food aint cheap these day, but I refuse to eat at KFC again. What a joke on the amount of food you get for the money you pay.

I came here and got the 2 peice strip combo amd was given frozen chicken strips every other kfc hand breads them why is this one giveing gross frozen ones

DURING the LAST FEW WEEKS of ME GOING to the PARK PLACE MALL in LETHBRIDGE, I HAVE BOUGHT a KFC 4 PIECE CHICKEN DINNER from the KFC IN the MALL FOOD COURT. I ALWAYS ASK for “ALL WHITE MEAT with 2 RIBS and 2 BREASTS” and KFC OFFERS THIS to ME at a VERY MINIMAL UPCHARGE of ONLY $2. The STAFF are VERY KIND, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and the CHICKEN is ALWAYS FRESH, HOT, JUICY and TENDER!!! The FRIES NOW HAVE a SPECIAL BARBECUE STYLE SEASONING ON that GIVES a MUCH BETTER FLAVOUR than REGULAR SALT!!! IF YOU are IN LETHBRIDGE and PERHAPS IN The PARK PLACE MALL…. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that YOU STOP at THIS KFC FOOD OUTLET IN the MALL FOOD COURT, and YES…. I will MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING for MORE GREAT CHICKEN!!! Worst service ever!!! My kids love kfc, but we rarely go to this branch. There was nobody there so my husband and daughter stand by the till and looked at the menu. I went over and heard how the staff talked to my husband! She was rude and made him feel stupid just because he wasn't sure how many chicken to order!!! She sneered after every sentence!!! As we were leaving, my husband told me I was only there for a minute and was already mad at the way the staff talks.. he said she talked like that as soon as she started talking to him! That filipino lady made us remember why we never go here!!!

Worst customer service ever. We were ordering from the app. Cashier firstly agreed to replace the big crunch sandwich with the plant based sandwich as it was not showing on the app online at this location. But after we ordered, she clearly denied the previous conversation and handed us the big crunch sandwiches. It's okay to not agree with the replacement but why to make a promise before. Wasted our money as we don't eat meat. No apologies nothing.
KFC is my go to place if and when I do fast food. I love everything about it... except today! I ordered a 4 pc. chicken tender combo for lunch and it was served very quickly... great right? Nope! I'm absolutely sure the strips I got were from yesterday and we're simply reheated. You know that amazing smell that KFC chicken has? Yeah, I got none of that and they were far from tender. I will never stop at this particular location again and will encourage others to avoid it as well.
