Won’t ever order from this location. I was excited when they opened this location up as it is a block away from my house but I would rather drive across town to order from any other location. I have given this location a few chances now and every single time I’m disappointed. Ordered yesterday and got fries that felt like they took them straight from the freezer without even cooking them, a bucket of chicken that had 2-3 fresh pieces on top and the rest of the bucket had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. I’m also pretty sure they forgot all the herbs and spices too because the chicken was very bland. They also forgot our gravy AGAIN. All around disappointing every time.

All of KFC lost my business indefinitely.. While eating coleslaw, which I've always enjoyed, a bite near the end had a slimy consistency; which reminded me of spit. I almost lost my whole meal.

I didn't go to grab food for myself. I went to grab food for my grandmother and my grand aunts. I personally can't stand KFC but they seem to enjoy it and I really liked how quick everything was ready for such a large meal that I purchased. Very excellent service, very prompt

I’ve given this location several chances to get it right, but they fail every time. You can pretty much expect to get old chicken that’s been sitting around for a while. Nothing fresh about it. Also, always no salt or ketchup with the order. You have to get someone to get it for you.

Well, I haven't had KFC I'll say for the better part of a decade. I really didn't want to cook and I drive by this location everyday and thought perhaps this would be a change from the norm. Now I walked in and ordered an 18 PC with 5 sides, and from a past experience I was expecting to wait 15-25 min...low and behold it was ready in under 5! This " fresh made " chicken has quite obviously been camped out under or perhaps near a heat lamp for however long. The bucket wasn't even warm the fries cold as my ex's heart. This is quite disappointing considering what you pay now for this. I may return in another 10 years as for the present.....Definitely not happening again.

Chicken was bad. No batter or crispy texture. Bottom of the bucket was swimming in oil. Probably should train the workers to prepare the chicken better and to care about making it better.
