Went the other day and the young worker named madden was very understanding, helped a lot with my order and prepared it nice. Made sure it was in good condition and was very good. Very good service from this young man and everyone. Will be back again

This location cannot get food service or customer service right food is always old and overcooked. And the staff are always talking in a language that the customers and some staff cannot understand this is beyond rude and inconsiderate you should not be coming to an English speaking job and not speak English!! Every time my son asks me to come here. I am done I will drive across town from now on.

We were up from Central AB, and usually go to Lacombe location or Red Deer location
The North Lethbridge was 10 times better then we get in the Central AB. Locations The pricing is all the same with franchises but the food quality just totally different Don't complain Lethbridge your KFC is way better

Worst service ever. The drive-thru worker, Luca, was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let us ask questions. We ended up leaving because of how badly we were treated. When I called back to let management know, Mariah (the manager) actually laughed at me about it, then denied she laughed. They offered nothing to fix the situation, just attitude. What a terrible way to treat customers — good people don’t act like that. If you want to be treated with respect, don’t go here. Other KFCs in Lethbridge are much better and run by people who actually care.

Ordered last night. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the store was clean. However the front of the store was filled with smoke I’m not sure what was going on but they had the drive thru window held open I assume in an attempt to ventilate. The food was very dark and very old and cold and chewy. Highly disappointed the food is always old, cold and void of any moisture I will not be returning to this location the water tower is always fresh, warm and not overcooked/burnt

Went through the drive-thru tried to order something they took half the menu the n rushed us up to the next window where I did the rest of the order then they just basically had it off shut the window so I couldn't even order gravy to go with it just seemed like the staff was in more of a rush to do their own thing the worst experience I've ever had at a KFC

Won’t ever order from this location. I was excited when they opened this location up as it is a block away from my house but I would rather drive across town to order from any other location. I have given this location a few chances now and every single time I’m disappointed. Ordered yesterday and got fries that felt like they took them straight from the freezer without even cooking them, a bucket of chicken that had 2-3 fresh pieces on top and the rest of the bucket had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. I’m also pretty sure they forgot all the herbs and spices too because the chicken was very bland. They also forgot our gravy AGAIN. All around disappointing every time.

All of KFC lost my business indefinitely.. While eating coleslaw, which I've always enjoyed, a bite near the end had a slimy consistency; which reminded me of spit. I almost lost my whole meal.
