Their service is absolutely terrible, I got a one item meal and they charged me for a two item meal, one of the staff straight up coughed AND sneezed on the food, they were not wearing any sort of covering for their hands or hair, the staff are often very rude with making facial expressions to what you order… and to top it all off I got food poisoning from their food, they are a horrible business that doesn’t follow basic food handling standards and common customer service standards.

The food is definitely not made authentic. Fried rice tastes like soft mushy rice, like minute rice to be exact, it has no authentic fried rice flavour! and the meat is dry, and some are chewy! New owners? New cook? Well the food is disappointing! Zero outta- five.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Maybe an off day? We went around supper time on a Thursday and the girls serving were happy and pleasant. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious and the veggies were cooked to perfection. Generous portions, too. We will be back! We took the food home to eat, tho. The Park Place Mall food court is loud and echoey and the chairs are uncomfortable.

I am attempting to find a phone number or email to contact to find out if coconut oil is used in any of the dishes. There isn’t contact information available anywhere and the number skip the dishes provides is out of service. Does anyone know or have a number I can call?

5 years in Lethbridge and they have never failed us. The food is always good and what is strange is we try to eat half but every-time without fail, we end up eating it all at once🫣
Kid-friendliness: It’s in the mall and Lethbridge people are always on their best behavior.
Best BBQ chicken in southern Alberta. Everything else is good, but their bbq chicken is excellent and comes in generous portions. The BBQ Pork is also great. The rest is what to be expected, as americanised heavily battered process chiken balls and all, althought pleasantly not heavily loaded monosodium glutamate. Vegetables mix are also good. Rice is delicious. Always super fresh. Best bang for your bucks. Yes it's in a mall, but it's ironicly a very good shop to get a good meal, given Lethbriddge remarkably mediocre array of horrible restaurants.

Our family enjoy the food from here, I’m disappointed that they no longer do chicken balls. However, what I don’t appreciate every time I go is the fact that all the staff have headphones in their ears and don’t listen to what you say. Customer service should be improved
