I was really disappointed with my order. The dish used frozen vegetables instead of fresh ones, and the pork seemed undercooked, which made it unsafe to eat. The overall quality felt rushed and not up to standard. I hope the kitchen can improve on freshness and proper cooking so future customers have a better experience.

The atmosphere was okay, but the food was bland. I don’t know if it was just that day, but for the most part, it really lacked flavor. Our order of three dishes took an hour and a half for takeout, even though there were only a few people there at the time. The vegetables weren’t even half-cooked, which was disappointing given the long wait. We didn’t receive any apologies at all for the delay. We Expected the food quality to justify the waiting time but that was disappointing.

Garlic Rice 3/5 - this was good
Pork sisig 2/5 - it was missing the sisig flavour and some sourness that I think was easily overpowered by the mayonnaise (which it didn't have a lot) that I had from other places. It just really didn't have enough taste for me to be satisfied that it was good sisig.
Ensaladang Talong 1/5 - this almost didn't have any seasoning or flavouring at all. Could have added more alamang or something.
Bulalo 3/5 - out of the 3 that I had, this was the most decent one. The meat was tender and the soup tasted fine.

Garlic rice, deep fried pork belly and I was DYYYYiNG for the chicken skins but they are not on the take out menu. I left a note in my order that I wanted some, they called and let me transfer the $ and included a big package of them. Above and beyond service. Amazing food. I love everything about Kuya Wills. 💓💓💓

Kuya Will’s & Tobits serves a simple but satisfying hotsilog breakfast. The garlic rice was flavorful, the hotdogs were juicy, and the fried egg was cooked just right.
