Lakeview Bakery & Deli

I use to love the Bornhoffen here but it has gone downhill with the new owners. It is basically brown with a couple of seeds. Very disappointing and not worth the price you are asking.

Talk about homemade cooking—this place is absolutely amazing. My favorites are the pierogies on Tuesdays and the cabbage rolls. Everything tastes just like home-cooked food made with care.

The staff are incredibly kind and super sweet, which makes the experience even better. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you get.

If you’re looking for comfort food done right, I highly recommend Lakeview Bakery. 🥟💛

I'm not impressed. I've been buying bread from your store fo 24 years now. Your bread, as of late, for the last month or two, has been dense, dry, and full of holes. Fix it, or I will buy from your competitors.

Good food, but refused to let my 3yr old daughter use washroom when we stopped for lunch. I understand the lack of public washrooms, but other businesses nearby still manage to offer them. Will not be returning.

The smell when you walk in the door is Fantastic! Fresh Baked goods...fresh sandwiches, deli meats and so much more! Dmitri & Natasha's awesome team will help you with all your cravings!

Service was slow, even though it wasn't very busy, and food was hit or miss. Banana trifle: HIT! Puffed wheat squares: WAY overpriced miss! Eclair with strawberry: not great.

This bakery is great, nice and busy so you know it's fresh baked. They make the bread that probably a quarter of the city eats as well. Pretty good. Will come back.

They killed it again was stressed/hangry because was my kid was having sedation dentistry. Epic sandwich fixed the day.

I ordered the Beef Dip lunch special and it amazing! the panini was cooked perfectly and there was a perfect cheese to meat ratio! I also got the dill pickle rye bread and it is now my favourite bread! I will be a regular customer now!

I get all my bread here. It's always fresh and the thickness. And when I pick up my bread, I usually get a treat or two as well. Always a great selection. Hamburger and hot dog buns are wonderful.

The kind ladies that run this bakery are so wonderful. Everything is delicious and prices are great
