Great customer service! We ordered our food tonight and it took an hour and a half for the food to come to the north side and the delivery driver had had it 20 minutes after we ordered. So we didn’t want to take the chance of eating food that had been sitting in a hot car for over an hour. The manager re-ordered out food and gave us a discount for the inconvenience that was totally out of their control in the first place. Delicious sushi every time. Comparable to sushi in Japan. Much better than Osho or Dono and cheaper pricing for sashimi and rolls. The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating and make great suggestions for everyone in my family. My favorite rolls are the rainbow roll, Tofino roll, and caterpillar roll. My girlfriend enjoys the chicken super bowl and our kids love the katsu roll, philly roll, and assorted tempura. The desserts are amazing as well, we love their banana tempura....read full review
