Little Caesars Pizza

over 1.5 years have gone in 5 times for hot and ready. Varied times and they have NEVER had a pizza READY

Andrew Neben and his entire staff are amazing. Their food , service and all around atmosphere are outstanding

This little Caesar’s had great customer service, food was great, the only thing wrong was I asked for normal sauce and got cheese sauce on the pretzel pep pizza.

My friend ordered delivery today, and the delivery driver forgot one of our items that we were really looking forward to. I called in and Theo helped us! He was incredibly understanding and helpful, and him and the manager were very proactive! They tried to contact the delivery person, and when that didn’t work, they kept going! We were able to find a way to pick it up ourselves, and they remade the pizza so it was fresh!! (We got super lucky and they let us keep the original pizza too!)

They really are so sweet and made a sad experience into a great one!

I don't think I've ever picked up a hot and ready pizza that was fully cooked. Love having pizza where every slice has toppings falling off because the dough is so under cooked it can't even support something basic like ham and pineapple.

We had ordered a half cheese and half meat lovers with stuffed crust, and they gave us a full meat lovers. I know that’s a mild thing but it’s when you’re hungry and you get the wrong order it’s annoying. We also ordered the Italian cheese bread, which was barely even cut along with the cinnamon bites, which also didn’t have the drizzled icing like usual, but just put a glob of icing all over it which then was all over the inside of the box. Not super impressed with the food we ordered, as we usually go to this Little Caesar’s and the food is amazing!

I just wanted to share that on the 18th of November 2024 at around 7pm, whoever was working there, made by far superior pizza than usual, and I bought quite a few overtime. Amazing job 👏

The man with glasses who works the front counter is exceptionally customer service oriented and always makes sure to give the kids cookies ... thanks for being awesome. Best little Ceasars of the 3 in Lethbridge family friendly .

So we order 3 pizzas, 2 crazy breads, and cinnamon rolls at 7pm. It is now 9:36pm. Not only did skip simply never show up to pick up the food, but little Caesar’s lost our order. Once they found it, they demanded they re-make it; which is kind yes but we have already waited an hour and are hungry. So after waiting another 30minutes we were able to leave. And as it is partially our fault for not noticing, but they missed a whole pizza. After paying over $60 and waiting over 2 hours, they missed a pizza. Simply will not be ordering from this place again.

Haven’t gotten the food yet. Will I ever? Who knows. First problem was the skip driver who never showed. The second problem was them mixing up orders when someone was sent to get the pizza. Telling us it wasn’t there. Called them back, asked about it again. And would you look at that the pizza appeared. Lastly, as much as I understand the kind gesture of remaking the food, we have been out and about over this for almost an hour now. I know the food is kept in a warmer, it’s ready, just let us take it. We are trying to watch the UFC fights tonight and are missing the entire show. Partly skips problem, partly Little Caesars. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a chicken pizza and received a bacon one instead when I called the customer service to help they told me to call doordash. But the mistake was from them. Super disappointed

Came in First Lady was great.

Came 15 minutes later to pick up a curly head kid scratching his nose touching hair then touches yall food then packs then touched more garb then back to packing

Pizza wasn’t cut had to self cut at home

Also pizza over cooked burnt parts and super super over seasoned too

Maybe food safety needs a refresher

Stopped on for supper and got the Hawaiian pizza and KD + pepperoni crazy puffs. Was really impressed with the crazy puffs very tasty. Hawaiian pizza lots of topping and tasted great.

Not coming to this store again. Half the pizza was missing toppings or sauce at some point, nothing was cut through properly. The chicago style was my favorite pizza when it was out the last time and now it's nowhere near as good. I know you get what you pay for and Little Ceasar's has always been good for the price but I'm not too impressed anymore with either the north or the south store.
