On the bar side. Staff are friendly make good suggestions. The music is low so you can have a conversation. The service is good. Usually fast. The quality of the pizza is fantastic. I have never had a bad order.

Three of us went for an early dinner around 2:30 on a Thursday. We ordered two orders of stuffed mushroom caps for an appetizer. One person had the big steak sandwich, one had the veal cutlet, and I had a prime rib beef dip. The mushroom caps were small and cold. The steak was ok, but the potatoes and vegetables were cold. The veal was hot but lacked any flavour, and the potatoes and vegetables were cold. The beef dip was certainly not prime rib, and it was also cold with a cheap store bought bun. It was so salty that I couldn’t even eat it. The poor server did her best, and didn’t charge for the beef dip, and knocked 10% off the rest. The service was excellent, but the food was awful, and we will never return. I would fire the cook!

Awesome place. The service was superb. The food sas amazing. Best pizza i ever had. Have had other items on the menu all have been excelent. Would agreat restrurant try Luigi's Steakhouse. You will no be disapointed.

I’m delivery driver, and every single time I have to wait for 40+ minutes imagine the deliveries I would have done in this time. If you guys can’t be making food on time then extend the time on app don’t fool drivers. Waiting for $6 order for 30-40 minutes you guys try to put it on drivers, understand that it effects our rating as well if we cancel order from our side. Better have additional staff in kitchen or increase your timing in the app for orders

Happy Thanksgiving!! Louigis south is our favourite go-to for the best steak in town - every time! So, it was the greatest idea ever to go there tonight to have an incredible dining experience! If anyone is looking for a restaurant serving Thanksgiving dinner this weekend, LOUIGIS south was amazing tonight! Tender turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, fresh veggies, delicious homemade stuffing, rich gravy and of course, decadent pumpkin pie with real whipped cream for desert! It literally tasted like having Thanksgiving at Grandma's! Excellent service made it an extra special experience - and no cleanup required!! 🦃🎃👌😋
I highly recommend Louigis to anyone who has yet to have eaten there! It's a warm/cozy atmosphere with perfectly dimmed lighting and candlelight dining and the service is always impeccable. We are regulars there and the management shows appreciation by always taking the time to stop and say a few words. Class act establishment!

I had a wonderful experience at Luigi’s Steakhouse. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—perfect for enjoying a nice meal. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. I especially want to highlight the service from our waitress, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. Her friendly attitude made everything even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Luigi’s Steakhouse!

Getting worse by the minute. Food quality and portion size are shrinking. Wouldn't go again and I've been about 8+ times. Used to be my fave. North side is best.

The Prime Rib & Garlic Mashed was outstanding. The Chicken Tetrazzini was off the chart delicious. 10/10. We'll be back next time we visit Lethbridge.

Drove from Drumheller to eat at this restaurant . For years this establishment has had top notch food . Today the Calamari was so greasy we couldn’t eat it . The mushroom caps were not the best . Our server had to be called to take the calamari back , called to fill our water and never asked how we are not once . This would never of happened in here when Dominic was here . Very disappointed!

Everything was good food was great waiters were nice helpful the reason for 4 stars actually wait wait hold up I switched it to 5 because the food was just that deadly the only problem I had was with the half a jalapeño they put on my mexican pizza lol don't hold out maybe a full and a half of 1
