We waited an hour for our food to arrive. The Veal was tough as shoe leather and therefore it was sent back. The waitress was very kind with an offer to bring another menu item. I however, did not want to wait another hour for the replacement dish to arrive. Another person in our group ordered Fettuccine Carbonara. It was good, but it was a very small portion. The GF pasta was dry as they did not put enough sauce on the pasta. A very disappointing meal, we won't be back.

Restaurant was half full on a Saturday night which should have been an indication of the quality. Food was so-so, service was very slow (took about 45 minutes to get our entrees) and the server wasn't very attentive. For the price, I can't recommend.

I love Luigis south. The meal has always been delicious and the atmosphere is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend luigis if you want great food and service!

There was a group of 15 and the staff were amazing. All orders placed come out in a timely manner so that all were able to eat together and not have to eat a few people at a time.

The complimentary warm bread with butter, olive oil and balsamic was amazing. The seafood lasagna was a large enough portion to have leftovers and it was amazing.

The bread served with the lasagna could have had some more butter as due to the thickness it seemed dry.

Over all it was a very nice outing with great service and food.

Food was good. Prices are really high here for what you are receiving.

Service was great and the waitress was very attentive. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. Food for a 4 from me as 3 of the 4 meals were fantastic. I had the chicken parmesan and unfortunately it was super thin and overcooked so it was very dry and crispy. Will likely give it another try but overall it was pleasant

I ordered a pizza, hoping to finally find decent pizza in Lethbridge. While the pizza tasted okay, and the crust was decent, toppings were very sparse. What could have been a very good pizza was merely okay at best. For what the cost was, you could have easily put more toppings on it. I guess my search continues.

I’ve been a customer for over ten years and slowly prices have risen and quality has diminished and tonight was the last time I will ever order from here. The lasagna was little more than half an order with next to nothing for meat sauce very disappointing

Had the Chef’s Special pizza and it was delicious. We were promptly and politely greeted upon arrival and our server provided excellent service. Highly recommend.
