Macao Imperial Tea will always be my number 1 go to! the drinks are sooo delicious and I was also surprised at how good the food is! 😋 their snacks are tasty and pair perfectly with the drinks. the staffs are always kind and welcoming! service really makes a difference and keeps me coming back. Great experience every time! 💗

Absolutely love this place! The drinks are always flavorful and perfectly balanced. My go-to is the Cheesecake Pearl Milk Tea, I’ve tried a bunch of other flavors and they’re all great. The pearls are always fresh and chewy, and I appreciate how consistent the quality is. Staff are super friendly and they really care about making your drink just right. The store has a clean, cozy vibe. Definitely one of the best bubble tea spots in town!

One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences

I ordered a fruit smoothie priced at $10.89, with added pearls for $1.35, and even left a $2 tip. What I received, however, was nothing more than ice, sugar, and syrup—definitely not a proper smoothie.

When I politely asked if I could exchange it for a different drink, I was told I’d have to pay again. The staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive, saying they didn’t care whether I liked the drink or not. To make matters worse, two other female employees began laughing and making jokes, which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It genuinely felt like they were mocking me rather than trying to resolve the issue or ensure any level of customer satisfaction. I won’t be returning.

Not worth the money.

If you want to be robbed blind paying $10 for water, ice and powder with $1.35 extra Boba, go for it.

We normally frequent this place. But the last time we were there, it was quite disappointing.

When we asked for an extra cutlery because we were sharing with the quite expensive dessert we bought, the cashier even muttered that we only bought 1 dessert so therefore only 1 cutlery will be given. I think 1 extra piece of cutlery wouldn't hurt much for a small $15 cake. Service that day was quite unusual, it was just sad.

I come all the way across the city just to get their cheesecake series drinks. I haven't even tried another flavor yet because they are too incredible to switch away from!

What are you going to do serve it to someone else? Because it left the store is ridiculous. We got home 2 minutes away, popped the straw in to try it before going inside and immediately turned around to go back.

Great bubble tea, and so many choices. Everything from classic bubble tea to exotic mixes. Also a sampling of really good Filipino snacks. I had the Pork Shrimp Shomai, and it was really satisfying. Good service, and accurate wait time estimates. I will definately be back. To the great staff, excellent work!
