We ordered marble slab ice cream 2 days ago. I got peanut butter and my son got birthday cake. Obviously they used the same prep area and utensils to mix our orders. My son is ALLERGIC to peanuts. When he was finishing his, his tongue began to swell and his throat was sore. At the bottom of his container was peanut ice cream!!! Do better!!

Went in over an hour before closing and the slab had already been turned off, which caused the ice cream to be super liquidly and soup ish. The toppings were not mixed into the ice cream at all either. I’m usually not one to complain, but when it’s $10 per ice cream you would expect it to be good quality. Once the cashier had the machine ready, they had already left and headed to the back before the bill was payed out.

Review: I visited recently with high hopes but left disappointed due to a recurring issue: the marble slab was turned off before closing time. It’s frustrating, as the cold slab is essential for ensuring the ice cream maintains its proper texture and quality. Without it, the ice cream is quick to turn into soup and the premium quality customers expect is not offered. Unfortunately, this meant I chose not to make a purchase today.

I hope management will address this concern and consider leaving the slab on until closing time (9:00 PM). If there’s a specific reason for turning it off early, I’d appreciate some clarity.

That said, I noticed significant improvements in both atmosphere and staffing. The two ladies working behind the counter were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit more enjoyable. I was also glad to see the mixing ingredients were still available, which is a great step forward to ensuring the full experience is offered to customers.

With the slab left on until close, I’m confident this location could provide the full experience customers expect. I have improved my previous rating from 2 stars to 3 stars because of the employees this evening - customer service makes the difference!!

With the adjustments mentioned previously, I believe this location could easily earn a 5-star review. I look forward to seeing this improvement in the future!

Last night, I visited Marble Slab around 8:55 PM, just a few minutes before closing. While I understand this can be a challenging time for staff, the store is advertised as open until 9 PM. Therefore customers can reasonably expect the full experience, even at 8:55. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case.

The marble slab countertop was turned off, which caused my ice cream to melt into soup while being mixed. Additionally, the experience felt rushed. One of the employees was quite rude, making me feel unwelcome, while the other was kind and courteous, which I appreciated.

Overall, I left feeling disappointed. If closing procedures start so early that the customer experience is compromised, perhaps the store hours should be adjusted.

Ordered through SKIP. HMMMM The teeny cheesecake said $17.99 on the bottom, I was charged $19.99, $10.49 for a three cup bag of buttered popcorn
$15.49 for a HALF litre of ice cream TOM AND JERRY'S where are you?hidden fees as well.from SKIP Meaning we as customers are chipping in to pay for countless refunds for countless times customers are dissatisfied with the end result. Nothing but sheep out there. Business owners have you forgotten that the customer is a necessity in the success of your succes???...None of the three things I ordered tasted like gold. Really amazed that all the businesses out there think that gauging the customer is the right and fair way to do business.

Came in a few mins before close, girl working was very sweet, guy working was extremely rude. Rolling his eyes and being aggressive with the equipment. Also skipped putting toppings on our last iced cream and was berating his coworker to “go fast so we can get out of here”. We apologized on our way out as we thought they closed at 10 and he was again extremely rude. We come here often and are usually treated very nice so this was disappointing.

Wonderful experience. We brought my daughter here tonight after having a not so great time at a local restaurant. I asked one of the staff members if they wouldn't mind singing her happy birthday as the restaurant was too busy to. They happily agreed, went above and beyond with her ice cream and even drew her a little picture. My daughter came home with a giant smile on her face and told me she would never forget what just happened. Thank you for turning a not so great evening into one she will remember forever ❤️
