Came in a few mins before close, girl working was very sweet, guy working was extremely rude. Rolling his eyes and being aggressive with the equipment. Also skipped putting toppings on our last iced cream and was berating his coworker to “go fast so we can get out of here”. We apologized on our way out as we thought they closed at 10 and he was again extremely rude. We come here often and are usually treated very nice so this was disappointing.
Wonderful experience. We brought my daughter here tonight after having a not so great time at a local restaurant. I asked one of the staff members if they wouldn't mind singing her happy birthday as the restaurant was too busy to. They happily agreed, went above and beyond with her ice cream and even drew her a little picture. My daughter came home with a giant smile on her face and told me she would never forget what just happened. Thank you for turning a not so great evening...
