Excellent ice cream as always!

First time visiting on the recommendation of a friend, yes the icecream is a bit pricy ,but delicious, the girl behind the counter was super friendly and inviting, answered any questions I had, I love maple walnut ice cream but nit so much the nuts, and finally found some with the walnuts on the side, couldn't be happier, will definitely be back and pass on the experience to my friends

My local ice cream place! Quality flavours and choices, a little pricey though. They alternate flavours so don't have your heart set on a certain flavour. The staff are super friendly and you can buy a container for your freezer at home! 😋🍨

Clean and bright. However the seating inside is squished and uncomfortable. But the real reason I took stars off is the CRAZY pricing...I DO understand and appreciate quality but even with inflation the prices are absurd.

The girl working, short brown hair was absolutely wonderful. Great smile and service. Would come back if she was working.

We ordered two large ice-cream cups and both are different in quantity, we asked why there is difference, worker told us,she gave us into wrong cup.they supposed to measure quantity for all size before serve, but they didn't.

Online it says that the store closes at 9pm. I tried to go there to get some ice cream at 7:30pm, it was closed. If it closes before 7:30 then maybe the times shown on the website should be changed. Was excited to go, no longer am.

Always loved this place, the girls that works here are very nice and friendly, they also remember us (my husband and I go once a week or 2x a month) but recently, we haven’t been seeing the girls and it’s only the bald guy working there. When my husband went to the store one time, he ordered our usual , we like it in a cone but since he’s driving, we liked it to be in a cup and just the cone on the side. The guy insisted that he gets a bowl cone instead, but my husband said that we just wanted the cone on the side.I came back a couple days later (lol, yes, we love ice cream) and he did the same thing to me, insisted if I wanted a bowl cone instead. I also showed my AMA card to him for discount but he didn’t apply it, nor offered or asked me if I want my receipt.He also turned off the open sign 10 minutes before he closes. While when it’s with the girls they mostly still take order even 5 minutes after they close.We probably won’t be coming back if he’s the one who’s always working there. I’d rather go to the west side or try the one on the north.

The service was not friendly. We hadn't been here before and the guy was not happy about being asked questions. The icecream was very expensive to not have a friendly service experience.
