I had a fantastic experience at Mary Brown’s west side! The food was very delicious, my kids loves the chicken poppins, great customer service. And thanks to the guy for being polite and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Massive language barrier they messed up my order got fries instead of tators and asked for no wing got a few with my order food was good but the guy at the till could barely speak English and had to relay what he understood in a different language to the woman cooking quite the battle to get what you actually ordered honestly more hassle then it was worth

Meh.... taste like KFC from 1990. They change the batter. It used to be juicier and now it's on the drier side. Also too much sodium. Get a whole roasted chiken at the grocerie store for less than the price of 1 serving at Mary Brown. It's a much wiser move.

Amazing service! The girl was super nice and took such good care of us. Food was hot and fresh. Absolutely love it. The girl working there deserves all the praise and a raise! Her name is yvett and she is the warmest, kindest person.
