Was just in got ignored after making direct eye contact with multiple staff. Finally decided to go to pickup counter and another customer approached the till got served immediately. This was at 125 to 136 pm at your till. I stood there waiting for a disrespectful amount of time being ignored by all your staff. Disgraceful and sad how far customer service has fallen here

Waited for someone to take my order and after several workers walked pasted I finally gave up, they dont have a family rest room or a change table for small kids so I had to change her on the bathroom counter. Note I didn't go during a busy time of the day or on a busy day to begin with. I was eventually able to order after about 15 minutes of waiting.

Went in just before 9:00 p.m. there was no one in the Drive-Thru there were three tables of people. Two were already eating. The third. Got their order shortly after I arrived. I waited about 15 minutes after ordering and still had not received my coffee. Certainly not interested in going back there

I do not eat at McDonalds often, but have been to quite a few over the years. I only eat breakfast when ever i visit McDonalds, today it was probably the best Sausage McMuffin and hash brown i have had in years, the hashbrown was cooked to pefection, crispy and not greasy at all. the McMuffin was also very good. The muffin was almost perfectly toasted, and not burned at all.

If I could leave zero stars on this review, I would zero customer service zero respect from any employee absolutely disgusting packaging. Open my McDonald’s bag and the burger wasn’t even fully wrapped up in that wrapper people should not work at a McDonald’s if they don’t know how to wrap up a burger properly. Definitely 100% the worst McDonald’s in Lethbridge.

I’m really upset that they got rid of their play place in their recent renovation. There are so few places that I can take my kids and this was one of the remaining spaces. I will not be returning to this location and instead going to the one on 3rd ave and hope they keep their play place
I ordered 2 Large fries, Paud $10.50 for them and when I got home and went to eat them they’re half empty? Total rip off. Would not eat here.
