Placed an order on the app and when I went to pick it up I was told that there was no order with the code I had and they proceeded to shut the window on me as well as lock it and flipped me off.

This is by far my favourite McDonald’s location. Because of Felix! He’s always so welcoming and friendly. He will take the time to communicate and talk to customers and he is always smiling! The service is fast and accurate, never had a problem with my order for the times I’ve been here. The play area is a bonus but the people that work here are really what make the difference!

This establishment is alright I suppose. The staff aren't friendly though. Not overly rude but they are not friendly. I'm writing this review after going to this establishment many times. If you order a drink, you do get to fill it up yourself, and they don't fill it all the way. They do have washrooms for non customers. There are many power outlets, but none of them are turned on. If you want to use your laptop while you drink your morning coffee, don't come to this mcdonalds. The one on 5th avenue and 23 St north is better, and so is the one on 24th avenue south. Plus those 2 that I mentioned have 24 hour dine in and you get to fill your own drinks. This place is alright though. Probably a 60/100

Wow. Giving this place 5 stars. Why? Because they got our order right. It was also clean. They were friendly. Of course it's still a mcdonalds, but damn I felt like a king when they came to check on us in the play room. Win.

Was overall a great experience! Manager was so nice and made my daughter a fresh wrap after they forgot to bring her food out. Friendly staff and this is the first time I haven’t been bombarded with l the less fortunate etc” asking for money etc! Good job scenic McDonalds!
Explained to the staff that I have an allergy to dairy, wanted one coffee and two bagels, no butter not toasted. The manager asked me to park out front. 5 minute wait for bagels with butter ... this is the 6th time. Unacceptable.
