Explained to the staff that I have an allergy to dairy, wanted one coffee and two bagels, no butter not toasted. The manager asked me to park out front. 5 minute wait for bagels with butter ... this is the 6th time. Unacceptable.

We are in Lethbridge for a dance competition and decided to go to McDonald’s for dinner for us and the kids. We ordered — 1 - Double quarter pounder, just the burger 1 - Regular quarter pounder with just mayo and lettuce 1 - Cheeseburger meal 1 - 6 piece chicken nugget meal 2 - XL 4 cream 3 Sugars
— The screw ups were numerous - the regular quarter powder with just mayo and lettuce was now a double quarter pounder quarter pounder and they forgot the double quarter pounder — we wine back and paid for the missing burger and what we got was a single, not a double. — The coffees were the last straw. When you ask for 4 Creams and 3 Sugars you need to make sure that they actually add the sugar because they forgot on both coffees. Either another customer wanted just cream or they ran out of sugar or somebody forgot.

Will this place has not gotten any better Over the years, they changed the policies and break the policies and do whatever the hell they want then laugh in their customers face. I left their garbage on their countertop. I will never spend another penny at this establishment. I hope they enjoy losing my money. If you're smart, you will save your money and go somewhere else.Because these guys don't care about what you think or how you feel. They just want your money, I honestly wouldn't put it past them to spit in your food.

April 12th i ordered myself and my daughter breakfast and got myself a double double. Take a drink out of it, notice something floating. Not sure what it's off of but a big plastic glove looking thing was in my coffee never going back

My recent visit to McDonald's in South Lethbridge was a mixed experience. The morning rush made the place overwhelmingly crowded, which led to a bit of a wait. However, once I got my food, the familiar taste of their burgers and fries was satisfying. The staff seemed friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the morning rush. While it's not the best place for a quick breakfast due to the crowds, the food quality remains consistent with what you'd expect from McDonald's. Overall, it's a decent stop if you're not in a hurry.

I stop and get iced coffee at this McDonald's at least a few times per week on my way to work. Today, I dumped iced coffee all over myself because the lid wasn't secured properly. This is the third time in the last couple weeks this has happened to me. It seems that maybe there's a bad batch of lids that aren't snapping onto the cups properly, but very frustrating to show up to work in coffee-stained clothes. It's something that should be caught by the employees, because when they hand the cup to you the outside of the cup is already covered in iced coffee and making a mess, indicating some kind of problem.
While this has been incredibly frustrating and I think I will go to a different location from now on, I WILL say that the service at this location is usually pretty good - staff are friendly and drive-thru lines move quickly.
