Haven't been inside this store in MANY years. Drive thru is my friend downtown. The store is ugly now. Stark and clinical. I've seen modern in restaurants and I felt like I was in a hospital. Got 4 Grinch items and they all had the same thing which sucked. Won't be back to this McDs even for drive thru now

I only buy here once in a while as its not on my usual commute. Today they earned a 5 star. Above expected staff professional and friendly attitudes. My tea was prepared properly and i cant say that consistantly about the mcdonalds I usually buy from.

This evening I went here to have dinner. I go to this store frequently but mostly drive through. But today I went in to have a meal and ordered it on the kiosk which allowed for them to bring it to me.

1st issue is the came and told me my chicken sandwich would take a while and I could change to another. Sure, I did.

2nd issue. They brought my order and with it I ordered one the tropical juices. The first taste I knew something was off but. Continued eating. I drank again and for sure it tasted spoilt. I went to the counter and could see 3 ladies standing there and I was calling for help. One even looked at the other 2 as if to say, if they don’t go to him then I will.

One finally came to me and I told her the drink taste funny and spoilt. She replied “what”? I repeated “spoilt”. She replied “that’s impossible”, as if I was a 10 year old who have no idea what juice taste like. She hesitated and walked away to the others and spoke to a guy whom she took to the back.

Another female came to me a minute after and apologized and asked what I would like. I said, “did you hear that lady tell me that it is impossible “? She did not respond and person who was so rude did not come and apologize. I asked for orange juice and had my meal and left knowing I was going to write this review.

I need an apology for being treated like an idiot who has no idea what they’re talking about when I was right about the drink being bad. I am NEVER going back here as I do not expect to feel inadequate and ignored when ordering a meal. I will make this incident known to everyone I know, and I know a lot of people.

Very slow service at this location. Everytime I use he drive-thru, they park me, not even for huge orders either. Then I'm always waiting or upwards of 10 minutes each time, it's not really fast food at that point. I find the same thing inside the store too, I've waited for a cashier to come and take my order for upwards of 5 minutes.

Miserable staff, Don’t treat their customers with respect Or kindness, Barely any communication through drive-through window. All of this on multiple occasions over the past few years.

I’ve never encountered such appalling behavior at a restaurant. The managers at this McDonald’s were downright rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic human decency. They treated customers like a nuisance, responded to simple questions with attitude, and seemed to take pleasure in being unpleasant. It’s unbelievable that people in charge of a business could behave this poorly. I left feeling disrespected and angry. Unless management undergoes serious training in courtesy and professionalism, I will never step foot in this location again—and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Horrible. Went through the drive through and used points to redeem a McDouble meal and upgrade the fries to a large and the total was $0.53 not a problem. Added a 2nd order all is good. I get to the 1st window and looking for my phone to pay. No greeting of hello or nothing just a pin pad in my face. I pay for both orders and as I pay for the 2nd one I resize I’ve been charged for the entire price for the 1st meal. I ask the guy at the window about it and he doesn’t speak… I drive to the 2nd window and pull up my banking app to make sure and I did get charged the full meal. The lady called over the manager and she was as helpful as a bag of potatoes. She says there is no order on her screen because I paid, said she can’t do anything about it other than give me a coupon. Horrible management skills and customer service skills. How hard is it to do a refund and just put it on points. There is no one behind me and I could’ve went inside to do so no problem. After leaving and getting home I go to take a sip of the fruittopia from the 2nd meal and it’s basically water. Like how do you not notice that when pouring the drink… horrible staff

The food was okay , went through the drive through at 520 am . ordered 1 McMuffin meal and was parked. 11 min later they brought me the food and forgot my drink. So curious why if the only person in the line up do i get parked for 10 plus minutes . I felt bad for the person who had to bring it out to me because she was harassed by the people that were loitering outside. Maybe think of your staff safety before parking at that time of the day

Went through the drive thru. Told we had to wait for hashbrowns and had to park in front. 10 mins later I go in to ask what's going on and no one has a clue where our order is. Super shitty service and timing. Someone from head office needs to over haul this mcdonalds it's absolute trash!
