as others have stated, worst McDs in Lethbridge. drive thru issues, staff issues and FOOD quality issues. lived in Lethbridge for 20+ years and only use this location when I have to due to proximity... all these 5 star reviews must be employed members and family of employees to try boost their rating since it affects the operation review with McDs corporate.

I would recommend avoiding this particular location during peak hours of the day. My god, the drive-thru is loaded, and the staff are buzzing around like flies trying to get everything in order.
The couple standing in front of me at the pick up line were waiting several minutes for their order. Nothing too complicated, either.
Aside from that, no complaints.

Drive thru is consistently slow and restaurant is under-staffed. After multiple visits, the experience is similar each time. Orders not done right, missing items, wait times are exceptionally long. I won't be visiting this McDonald's again.

Dirty, Dirty Restaurant! I don't know what has happened to Mcdonalds in Canada, but God how the standards have fallen! Food all over the floor, disgusting bathrooms, employees barely speaking English. What's going on!?

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for 20 min 2 at night and they messed up my order and had to wait another 20 minutes to get it right.
Ordered 2 McDoubles , both with just ketchup and extra onion, got bot with just ketchup and extra pickles, no onion…

I came from out of town on a business trip. Stayed at the Days Inn across the street. Decided to go have a meal here for some monopoly pieces. Service was good and fast. Food was perfect. But it was the area of town that was scary. One guy with bumblebee pants and a lady with a blue hoodie kept coming inside bothering us, and walked around drive thru constantly wanting somebody to buy them something. Tried stealing my drink cup, then grabbed one out of the garbage and went up to the counter to get a refill. Called me a scumbag. Staff there didn’t seem to care to kick them out or call the police to get rid of them. One lady I just praise dearly!! She was with her daughter in the play zone, and gave me her monopoly pieces. I won an apple pie, and immediately went and redeemed it for them. She was shocked and very happy. Not many others I saw in that area were pleasant or clean. So watch your backs if you go there- but my order and the food were great.

Rude employee at the drive-thru. the employee shouted at me because he didnt understand what i was telling her. the time i was at the window to get my order he looks angry and he didnt even said anything. also, is this how you wrap your burgers?. even the bread is overcooked. never goin back there again.
