My recent visit to McDonald's in South Lethbridge was a mixed experience. The morning rush made the place overwhelmingly crowded, which led to a bit of a wait. However, once I got my food, the familiar taste of their burgers and fries was satisfying. The staff seemed friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the morning rush. While it's not the best place for a quick breakfast due to the crowds, the food quality remains consistent with what you'd expect from McDonald's....
I've chosen to come to this McDonald's more then the others because Felix who works at the front always has a great attitude. Smiling and checking in on the tables that are seated to make sure everyone has what they need. Great customer service Felix. Keep up the good work
