This is my least favorite McDonald's in this whole city, perhaps ever. They NEVER give you the sauces and side items that you pay extra for. Once they gave my then 7 year old habanero sauce instead of big Mac sauce on her burger and she was flipping out asking me why her food was spicy. The drivethru person didn't initially believe me and was annoyed I asked for a new burger. I have been given happy meals without the nuggets and burgers in them multiple times. And today I ordered 2 pies and a small drink, and it took them over 12 minutes to come outside empty handed to tell me "we don't have any pies today, would you like a donut or small fries instead?". Like, HOW does that take over 10 minutes??? And why wouldn't you just bring out the small drink? It takes 30 seconds to fill a cup with soda. So I tell her "no thanks, I'm fine. Just the drink please" and I still had to wait another 5 minutes. It's a terrible experience at least 30% of the time. They're lucky they are the closest one to where we live, and that it's too much work for me to take my kids into Walmart just for a better McDonalds. So frustrating.

I usually go to this McDonald’s every time I go and drive-through they asked me to wait for 2 or 3 minute, but I wait for seven or 10 minutes but today I waited more than 20 minutes in a parking lot? when I called them there’s no one answered the phone. The lady bring the other cars meal, not mine so I called her, and said where is my order and she went and sent another guy bring my ordered but it was the wrong order very disappointing. I think this place need a better management or maybe shut it down, some other owner will be run better than this. You guys Serve for the public and we pay it’s not a free and makes us frustrated every time we go there. I wish I could’ve gift this place 1,000,00 zero, they don’t even deserve one star. Very disappointed

I need to just stop going here. Orders are always messed up… always! Today was the last straw… I ordered my meal they first gave me the wrong drink, not a big issue.. I ordered 3 hash browns with my meal cause my kids like them.. i received 2 hashbrowns and unsurprisingly… 3 sausage patties in a box. ya know once in a while is not a big deal but it’s every time I go.. and I don’t go often cause this constantly happens.. the last time I ordered a sprite and I got carbonated water…

Play area tables are absolutely ridiculous. Children cannot sit on the bench (I'm 5'7" and the table was at my armpits when I sat). Area is never cleaned well, either. BUT fast service.

Hideous Frog-Rat Thing
They can never make a coffee right, it's always bland and way too sugary. The coke's they serve are 50% of the time just carbonated water, no over-exaggeration. Today I got a Bacon and Egg Mcmuffin with ONLY ONE BACON in it, so I am writing this review as the last straw. Their food is BAD even for Mcdonalds standards!!

Couldn't get the order right. Even after they replaced the first order. The second order was WRONG. almost every table was dirty. The washroom was a mess.
We did have a nice conversation with some elderly people sitting by us.
Always go at McDonald's and speedy service.
