Open 24 hours, and you get to fill your drinks. This place is way better thsn the mcdonalds on scenic and 3rd ave. I don't recall if there are outlets. Nice place tho. The fact that you can sit in this mcdonalds and eat 20 mcnuggets at 3am is amazing. It's worth your time to not go to other mcdonalds, except the one on 23 St north and 5 ave. Also this place guve you larger vanilla cones thsn the other mcdonalds. I recommend 79/100

20 min wait times for simple orders are absolutely ridiculous. They are cheating the numbers by parking everyone through the drive-thru. I said no to being parked the other day as no one else was even in the drive-thru and just stayed at the window. I had my order within 20 seconds. If they park me I’m waiting a minimum of 10 minutes. Pure laziness. I gotta say McDonalds had better quality and better faster service back when it was 16 year old students running the place. Always have to pull to the side and wait for orders. Even on the most basic orders. Curb side order area is always full of people just waiting for drive thru orders.

This Mcdonald’s is the slowest mcdonald’s in the whole country. I’m shouldn’t be asked to pull to the front for something as simple as a hamburger and chicken nuggets. Those are basic items on their menu. It is very frustrating having to pull around every single time I order from here.

I waited 10 minutes at the counter waiting to get my drink corrected as I watched them make my coffee completely wrong it was not even full and it also tasted gross. I’ll I wanted was a fountain drink and they didn’t even do the return so I probably paid for an overpriced watered down fountain drink.

Terrible service. Took 10 minutes in the drive through. Had messed up the order and had to ask for our hash browns. Ordered a plain egg BLT bagel and recieved it with no egg 🤦🏻. To top it off the lettuce in it was wilted. Hot cakes (which are supposed to be made on order) were cold. Bacon was overcooked and also cold.
This is not the first time they've messed up at this location. My wife called to talk to the manager and was hung up on. We will be calling McDonald's head office tomorrow as well. Consistently wrong and terrible service with zero care for the customer. No courtesy or conscience from staff.

I am parked everytime I come here and then they either get my order wrong or give my food to someone else so I end up sitting in the parking lot for sometimes up to an hour.
Hi. It was my first time in Canada, July 7/8 when I had coffee and breakfast at 3 A.M. (also dinner once) here. It was my 3rd day out on my trip to The Icefields Parkway/Banff from St. Joseph, Illinois when I met some of the young, fun and friendly staff here. The staff composed of very young and efficient girls (maybe high school age?) actually asked me how I like Canada and about the trip and where I am from. I'm 77 years old and I know they were definitely NOT hitting on me, lol. Honestly, I was very surprised I got so much attention because who talks to old people basically, not many at a fast food joint. I'm still amazed and thankful that I was blessed to be able to eat/drink coffee here at 3 A.M. with such polite and engaging very young ladies.
Thanks to all that served me and made me feel at home at such a far away place. Great job girls at this 24 hour McDonalds and I wish you much success and happiness in your lives.
