We were stuck with car trouble and it was near blizzard type weather out. The staff did not rush us out or make us feel unwelcome. They were courteous and friendly. So many other places want you to pay, eat and get the heck out to make room for the next potential patrons. It was nice to not be made to feel that way today! It truly was a horrible day as was and to have to deal with that on top would've really just made things a whole lot worse in my opinion. I'm grateful for their understanding, patience and general effort in making us feel like people and not just another sale. Thanks!

Tried the new "McSurfnTurf" , not bad. Smelled like fish but oddly tatsted a bit like chicken! No tartar sauce may be the culprit there!

Next time im going to Dairy Queen.I was super excited to see the cream egg mcflurry was back! But then I got this.. What a joke! Very disappointing. Very little toppings just on top and it wasnt even blended.What a waste of money.The new spoons also suck and the dining room was disgusting even for McDonald's standards. You would think they would clean more for a place that is trying to change their image to more of a coffee shop atmosphere to appeal to the elderly.Really McDonald's!!!! Do better!Your going to loose life long customers, even though that might be good for their health.

Very rude staff. We went through the drive -thru and we asked if they had waffles cones ( because I have had waffles cones at McDonald’s) they said yes so we ordered it. Got to the window they handed us ice cream cone that weren’t waffle cones so we asked and the women there yelled at us through ths window “ this is not a Dairy Queen Ma’am!!” And then they closed the window on us!Terrible service !!! We asked questions. They gave us the answer so we ordered based on those answers, then got mad at us for asking why it wasn’t what we ordered.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. Staff totally confused and unable to react or problem solve on the fly, management unable to calm what I can only describe as chaos at 2 p.m. on a Sunday with few guests but ample staff. Waited 15 minutes for my order, finally had to ask staff what was going on, no apology, they twice didn’t listen to me telling them my order was to go, and once I got back to the car they’d accidentally given us a 6-piece nuggets that we didn’t order (and no sauce). Fries were put in bag last yet somehow not hot, rest of the food had sat in warmer for 10 minutes (if I could’ve seen it I’d have raised my voice much earlier).No ketchup in dispensers (no mini cups either). Bathrooms had no paper towels and the hand dryers in both did not work, which is a health and safety violation.So awful. Go to any other McDonald’s, it can’t be worse than this.

They screwed up my Big Mac, put ketchup and mustard on probably the world’s most universally known burger, not good with the Big Mac sauce. THE WORST PART and why I’m leaving this review is because I live out of town, I call in and the manager hangs up on me after 60 seconds on the phone. So I drive back and they are rude as can be, doesn’t even apologize, absolutely unbelievable!!!!
