What a terrible experienced, went to grab a quick bite after a long day, and ordered a BLT quarter pounder, was punched in and received a 1/4 pounder with cheese, then I looped back around in drive thru, and explained the mixup, when I finally received my proper order it wasn’t even assembled in the box, all the ingredients were just thrown in the box as if they were upset it had to be remade, what a huge disappointment after a long day. Don’t recommend this particular establishment

Asked for 6 nuggets and got 2 cookies. Still charged for the nuggets but none in the bag. Didn't want any cookies. This one has only gone downhill since the renovation, I'm done coming to this McDonald's. They are not good.

The remodel is pretty nice.But...Bill the older gentlemen is the highlight at this location. He is great to talk to and engages the customers so that they want to actually come back. And that is saying alot for a McDonald's! Keep up the great work, Bill! ?

This place should just be closed down and started again with whole new staff. Tried to get breakfast for my family, they left me sitting at the drive through window for several minutes even though the drive through was empty when I came up, then denied the ability to make any more breakfast items. Have had several other issues with this particular location to the point that I've almost fully boycotted McDonald's as a whole. Unfortunately my family really wanted to get mcgriddles so I caved and made the drive only to be denied service with plenty of time to spare, they let me idle in at the window to run down time so they could deny breakfast menu items.

I understand it's McDonald's and we are not expecting a lot to begin with but this location has some of the rudest staff in town. They don't care about order accuracy, they just throw everything into a bag and can't even be bothered to put a burger together properly. We all go to McDonald's knowing we're probably going to be disappointed in one way or another, but this one to disappoints in every possible way.

Ordered on skip, 30 mins nothing? Always "we are not taking orders right now." When i go thru drive thrus at midnight. Which is supposed to be 24
New renovation made the seating area even smaller. Ordered to eat in, was given order in to go form, able to order and pay for options they didn't have.. not overly impressed. All locations in lethbridge seem to have gone more downhill (if that was even possible) the last few years. Sad.

Raw part in the chicken sandwich I got last night. It is lucky i am an adult. What if you served raw chicken possibly with salmonella to a child. That is really not safe and concerning that they aren't cooking there meat very well or for long enough. Just goes to show eating out is a risk to our health.

This place was on a steady decline before they found the body in the shed. A very poorly thought renovation hasn't done anything to improve it.Constantly getting orders incorrect and substandard quality. Even by McDonald standards it bad.

It was so insulting experience from the front staff. I was asking multiple times for my order since it disappeared from the screen and the guy was ignoring and serving other customers . And when he brought the food to the front counter he was literally insulting me by leaving the food on the counter and talking to another customer. Later I came to know from another staff that he is a manager and it is so unfortunate to experience this.
