Worst McDonalds in Lethbridge. Dirty restaurant, food takes forever, and the quality is terrible. If you enjoy squashed burgers, cold fries and incompetence, this is the McDonalds for you. Never again...

Ordered a cold drink and female worker(Ajaypatt?) gave a HOT, not even a lukewarm drink. We repeatedly said that it’s supposed to be an iced drink and she insisted that she put “a little” bit of ice in it with such an attitude. We asked to make us a cold drink and every cold drink we name she says they’re out of the syrup and lemonade. Then she goes to her manager to “ask” - ask what? And she comes back to make the drink that we initially asked for. Proceeds to pull out an ice cube from the cup now that it’s too full for lid to close. Comes back to us saying “so do you want it or not?” The manager joins and says the employee’s confused and “apologizes”. Since when did smirking become a part of apology? And who would want to drink that? Never ever going back to this place.

One employee was complaining to a customer about being written up for not being in uniform, another employee got a burger handed back to her by a customer and then tried to give me that very burger! Asked for a manger was told they are not there.

This is the worst McDonalds. They just waste your time. They look at you and run away without taking your order. They will come back and do the same thing again. Nobody wants to wait for 30 minutes to get a single cup of coffee.

WASHROOMS are disgusting! Shit stains all up sides of toilets bowls. Have not been cleaned forever.

My great aunt asked for a double double and a smoothie and a small pop. She only got the double double and the smoothie, and when she asked about it, they argued that she never said that she wanted the small pop. When we got our pop, there was barely any syrup in the coke. It was practically clear.

The service was great but two people to do orders, cleaning, prepping and cooking is nuts! Took me 20 minutes to get my order. The owner of this should be ashamed, there should be a third person on shift.
