Drive through staff were extremely unfriendly “what’s your order?” And then when I pulled up to the window all the staff were standing around and sitting on the counter (see photo). The woman who took my payment chugged her coffee while she shoved the debit machine in my face and didn’t bother to say hello after I said hello. The night time staff have become increasingly awful and rude. Do not recommend coming after 10.

I came into McDs on Nov 5 2024 the atmosphere inside was GREAT. The service was GREAT. The food was GREAT. Actually the entire chain has improved a lot since they hired on an ace FRY COOK. Thank you Ronald McDonald and crew for the GREAT TIMES.

I've given this place three chances, and each visit has managed to disappoint me more than the last. Somehow, every trip here sets a new low standard for food quality and customer service, and frankly, I didn’t think it was possible for both to be this poor.
This isn’t a case of miscommunication. The staff went over my order with me, confirming my choices—a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel - and the same on a griddle sandwich. What did I receive instead? A random piece of chicken wedged between griddle patties. It’s as if they listened to my order, then actively decided to ignore it. Not only was my order wrong, but they took the laziest possible approach to get it done, as though they couldn’t be bothered to give even the slightest effort.
And the drive-thru experience? A disaster. I waited a full ten minutes at the speaker with no response. When I finally mentioned this to the employee, she chuckled it off and then turned the rest of the ordering process into an ordeal. The level of carelessness and indifference here is mind-blowing.
I won’t be back, and I’d rather wait for a place that can handle even the basics. This location is a prime example of how low standards can go, and it’s honestly impressive how little they seem to care.

Most embarrassing place ever. Charged me for a smoothie I never said and instead of owning up to it, they ask if I want a small fry….. I demanded a large fry since they didn’t want to refund me. I got it but the staff are all slow.
My sister and my mom went to this location, they got me Poteen with no cheese, Guess what they found on my Poteen. CHEESE. so my sister asks it to be remade. BOTH TIMES, Clarified NO. CHEESE. guess what was on it again. CHEESE. Terrible service, its like their hiring brain dead zombies. do NOT recommend this location to eat at. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Just wanted to let the management know I visited macd on sep 22 Sunday at 3.10 in the morning and asked to order chicken mc muffin as per all day breakfast i should be getting any time I order and they refused it again and this is 3rd time they did it I was ok for the first two times and this was the case only with this manger who was working she always refuse the order for chicken mc muffin which is not in compliance to macd all day breakfast policy thank you so much

Not really fond of having Hindu music blasting out the windows and employees yelling in my face while trying to hold conversations with each other in languages I don't understand while handing my order to me. The service at every macdonalds in general has gone to hell in a hand basket and is a far cry from the service you used to get. Used to be able to get your food at the window, but now they ask you to park 99 percent of the time while homeless people beg and berate you, and they almost mix up my order with someone else they have parked every time. Used to have people who were coherent enough to understand what I'm trying to say the first time I say it and not have to have every single item repeated back to me, it's no wonder they can't hear me when they are blasting music. I only ever order mcdoubles these days and it's almost always poor quality. Soaking wet burgers in grease, can't even align the buns or toppings properly. Very rarely do I have a satisfactory experience with any macdonalds location anymore. Doesn't really matter what time you go. Also idk why there aren't any garbages in the drive through anymore. It's been a few years since I have seen one in any drive through here in town but it's nice to dispose of your garbage at convenience just like It's nice to be able to get food at your convenience. If only we could go back to when service in this country was good everywhere and Canadians were in charge of the jobs and standards that are expected. The service is seriously so inconsistent where once in a while everything happens to be just right, and then more than half the time they screw something up or out right forget that you even ordered anything after they ask you to park and then 40 mins go by and you're wondering what the hell is going on only to find out they completely forgot about you. One time I ordered a coffee with no sugar and 1 cream and they straight up just gave me hot water.

I went there few days ago, i saw the lady inside the kitchen from the counter she was not even wearing gloves and making burgers which was soo unhygienic ?? and I told the manager about this and he replied me that we dont use gloves !

They confirm an online order just to cancel it for no reason. We're only ordering from McDonald's because you're basically the only option and you still can't provide service. This location is not 24 hours as advertised.

We ordered online payment went through on our bank when we came to the drive thru they said it was cancelled and tried to make us pay again and when we wanted a refund for our money we were told to call customer service so we did not pay again and instead called customer service immediately and they said that what they were doing was completely unacceptable and they couldn't even give us a refund
