This is literally the worst McDonald's in Lethbridge! I have been there every day for the last three days and there is always something they don't have in stock when you order on the app. Rather than turn the item off in the app , you are forced to get a refund at the window, which after three people working you might get one that knows what they are doing. They try every time to offer a dollar coupon for the missing item even though it was a $5 item. Language barriers are an issue as well. Such a shamefully run location. McDonald's needs to readdress the franchise as the owner clearly doesn't care about how the business is run!

When I walked into this place, it was decently clean. I was greeted by a very nice worker named Sumiran. She was so nice. My friends ordered on the kiosk thing and their order took 30 MINUTES. They only ordered 3 cookies and medium drink. My order thankfully took only 45 seconds. The ice cream machine was working cause I got a large shake. I finished it so fast, and it was sooo good. I filled the empty cup with strawberry fruitopia. Talk about a bang for your buck.

It's McDonald's. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you don't. Sometimes the food is cold, sometimes it's not. Sometimes the root beer fountain drink tastes like it was contaminated with the likes of gasoline and other indistinguishable flavours, sometimes it doesn't and tastes like root beer. Smiles are free at Mcdonalds tho so don't forget to take what you are entitled to.

Horrible!! Ordered a qtr with cheese extra pickles and they were on the side of the burger not even in it, my bacon ranch poutine had no cheese cards, and the bathroom door is taken off. You can easily see onto the men's room. Why not atleast build a divider to block so people dont have to watch you while they eat!! Most disgusting mcdonalds I've ever been to.
Absolutely terrible service. We went to the drive through and the gir couldn't get out order right. At the end they gave us something different. Very young and unexperience staff

Order extra pickles last month on a burger got zero on it. Went in today mentioned they did that last month and to make sure I get extra pickles on my burger. What did i get 1 single extra pickle (3total) and an old hard bun. Thanks McDonalds your prices keep going up and the food quality and service keep going down. DO BETTER!

Takes forever to get food, drive through always parks me in the pick up slots because they don't have food ready in time. Usually when I get my food, one to two items are clearly from hours prior.
Employees are either rude, or don't have good enough English skills to show emotion.
