Worst customer service ever
I went there today around 10 am. The lady who was in charge for the shift(manager) she was behaving so rudely. More than that her way of serving & preparing the food was disgusting. She was serving the food without washing hands as if they touched something around they have to wash hands.

Was here shopping with my daughter's and wife
My 3 year old was hungry and I thought no problem I'll get her some McDonald's so we can shop while she eats
Ordered her food and I watched ah they made 3 orders after ours
I simply asked how long it was going to be for my kids food and I had one employee state there still making it and then a rude employee get snippy saying there bagging it now

I dont need the attitudes when im asking about a simply happy meal order placed over 10 mins ago

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I've ever been to they constantly screw up the orders because none of them speak or understand English and then blame you for their screw up.

We have been to this McDonalds multiple times and almost every experience is poor. Most recently having to wait upwards of 25 minutes for cold food. Manager was talking back to customers who were simply asking questions. Obviously very poorly ran establishment.

This McDonald’s is never fresh. It’s closest to my home so it’s usually the one I have to go to. But fries are always undercooked. Even when asked for well done. It’s never fresh or hot. This McDonald’s needs a serious management takeover. I think it’s time to give my future business to the new wendys going up next door.

I had a really bad experience today at this McD location inside Walmart North in Lethbridge . I asked for a small coffee and requested the order taker to give it in a medium cup. She said we can’t do that I said okay. As I was walking by she abused me in Gujarati Language which is one of the language we speak in India. Unfortunate for her that I knew that language and figured out what she said. I was really socked that an Employee who is Indian herself is abusing other Indian for no reason. All I asked was to give me a small coffee but in a medium cup , she could have simply refused if that was against the policy what was the need of her abusing ?
I also tried to ask for her name and she refused to provide me the name. She is the manager !
This experience has really scared me and i might fear ordering coffee now. I really hope appropriate actions are taken so this doesn’t happen with anyone else.

I ordered a single meal, with a single modification (add tomatoes) and that was not done.

I asked for fresh fries, they were not fresh.

I waited for 10 minutes before being given my cup for my drink and the meal took 15. No one said anything about a wait or even offered to give me the fries first... if I was waiting for the sandwich.

Now I see why this place has such a low rating.

Friday, October 25th 9:35 I went in to get some food and they had already closed down EVERYTHING, I wanted to get a burger and fries and they had already washed it all and closed it. Absolute unacceptable you should keep everything open until CLOSING time not closing things down HALF AN HOUR EARLY. Will not be coming back here anymore

We ordered a quarter pounded no cheese. We got cheese. We brought the burger back. They put the new burger in a box with Monopoly peel off tags and we had already peeled them off the first box. They dropped the burger while switching it into a box with no Monopoly tags and dropped it. We had to wait five extra minutes while they cooked a new burger. Seriously, was it worth the awful customer service to save your two Monopoly tags? So bad. 🤦‍♀️

Food I ordered was cold, asked for ketchup twice and nothing out in the bag. Pop had that carbonated taste with zero flavor.
