I just went through the drive thru and had the pleasure of being served by Simiran. What an amazing experience Simiran was the friendliest, happiest pleasant and most efficient customer service representative that I have had the pleasure of meeting at the drive thru windows. It was late at night as I just got off work however, he truly made my night 🌙 truly you deserve more then 5 stars 🌟 ..thank you again for such friendly, happy great service.

Charged me for the wrong drink, told me I still needed to pay for my combo but they'd just charge me for the sandwich but charged me for the full combo. Be careful that they don't rip you off here.
I stopped by the McDonald’s at The Crossings in Lethbridge and was really disappointed. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive, making the whole experience frustrating. The tables and chairs were dirty and sticky, which made sitting down uncomfortable. To top it off, my drink was not even filled properly—definitely not what you’d expect from a fast food place. Overall, this location needs a serious cleanup and better staff training to improve both cleanliness and service quality. Would not recommend right now.

We visit this location often because it’s the closest but there is always something wrong in our order. Even just for coffee and tea. I ordered iced coffees and they were just milk and ice with a dash of coffee. It’s just always disappointing.

Ive gone to this location many times and every single time when you order at the drive thru they don’t give a receipt and then order is always wrong or missing items. When you go back to complain the employees and management argue and say they can’t help because you don’t have a receipt. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.
