Jan 20th 12:30am. I showed up at dons we had to wait 15 minutes just to order our food. finally got to order and their fryer was broken. so we got some burgers. Waited 15 more minutes just to have the wrong order with one burger missing a whole bun. I don’t know how that is possible. terrible.

My wife and I decided we would drive over and pick up a McFlurry for dessert...and of course got the "sorry our ice cream machine is down." This seems to happen far too often at McDonald's. I'm thinking that when they are busy, they may not want to make ice cream treats???

This place is so brutal I’d honestly say the worst location in the history of McDonald’s. They always forget items and screw up the order and always make you pull ahead too just to wait for a screwed up order.Another thing I noticed is they use wood forks and spoons I guess it’s the way of the world but I witness the staff member drop a handful of them all over their dirty floors just to scoop them back up and put them back in the shelf… like really???Food is always cold to note … Like stop serving cold sausage and egg McMuffins in the morning too!!!!Is the world ending in the fast food industry ? I’d say it’s leaning that way.
It was ok. One coffee was pretty weak. One was really extra sweet, and the iced coffee was good I think, but the lid slipped off and it spilled.Really wish the drive thru was a bit easier or roomier to navigate as we had to try to get past a very large truck to wait for our order.

Move to a numbered parking spot to wait for your order at your own peril. Have been to the drive thru twice recently with my 1 year old in the vehicle. Twice I have ordered a simple coffee and been asked to park in spot 2 and promptly have been forgotten about and watched 10-20 vehicles behind collect their orders at the window, unable to leave my vehicle. Incredibly disorganized.
