We've had the pleasure of coming to Miro's twice during the past 6 mos. to celebrate important events. Both times we were greeted warmly and taken to our tables. Food was supreme both in terms of quality, presentation, variety and service that was superb. It's not often that we have a local dining facility of this calibre in our city. Staff were exceptional in every respect - delivery of our food promptly following each course. When the meals arrived our conservations were never interrupted, servers were exceptional, etc. Everything appeared to flow clearly from the kitchen. We will definitely be back in the near future! Thank you to all staff. You should be very proud of your success!

Just came to this place with a group of friends, and it was a nice experience overall. A small fine dining restaurant near Park Place Mall with intimate lighting and beautiful paintings.The chef himself cooks the dishes from scratch so there was a bit of a wait to get the food but overall it was worth it.There's a mixture of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. I ended up getting the Chef's Special dish which had Beef Tenderloin, pasta and veg, but the highlight of the night for me was the warm chocolate pudding with ice cream.

Most of the clients reside outside the shelter. They refuse to stay inside saying its dirty and unhealthy. Since its been taken over. The staff lack proper training. Some of the staff are rude and approachable. Some staff are willing and able to communicate. Its hit and miss depending on the time and day.

The Chicken and Shrimp dish with Jasmine rice and seasonal veggies was equally outstanding; every bite was flavorful.To top it off, the desserts were a dream come true. The Pavlova was a delightful blend of textures, and the Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Coulis was pure decadence.What's even more impressive is that this exceptional meal didn't break the bank. The beet and orange salad is worthy of note as well.Kid-friendliness: This is a classy dining room where only the best behaved of children would be welcome.Parking: The parking spots are on a raised cement pad parallel to street and sidewalk. As we went in the evening, the parking was gratis.

Cannot speak to the food as we left before we eating and went elsewhere. My dining companion was told "Up against the wall" for seating. The server seemed annoyed when I showed up as well. There was only one other table with people as it was early. Waited for over ten minutes to have our order taken. Left. Disappointing as the food looked good. But it could not have made up for such poor service.
