Visiting Lethbridge on a business trip, tried a restaurant with a good rating. Sitting down, ordered my food. The server was very accommodating to diet requirements, food was tasty. As I sat there, there were flies all around and I had to continually be swatting them away. The experience has overshadowed the good parts. I would not go back again until they have solved the problem with the flies. it makes the overall experience terrible. The staff are aware of the problem but management does not seem to be concerned about the issue.

During a recent visit to Lethbridge, my family and I tried a handful of establishments that received top marks on Tripadvisor, but did not live up to their rave reviews. So we tried Mocha Cabana with cautious optimism. We arrived at about 12:30pm, and were told it was a ~10-15 minute wait. There was almost no one seated inside, but we didn't see how busy the patio was. I image the wait had more to do with the staffing than it did how many patrons there were. We seemed to be seated in stages so as not to overwhelm the staff with waves of orders at the same time. I'm glad we waited! We were seated in Steph's section and she was a 10/10 on service! Super friendly, interactive with the kids, I loved that she brought our pop refills in individual wine decanters, so we had almost 2 refill's worth of pop (per person) at the table; brilliant and a nice touch! I wish I took photos of the food! My husband had the sweet chili wrap and I had the chicken burger; both were really good! He had the soup of the day (cream of carrot - pretty good!), I had the house salad with the Saskatoon berry dressing, which was lovely!! They don't serve traditional french fries, but do have sweet potato fries. But the chips they serve are really yummy - perhaps house made? Either way, I gladly finished my kid's dishes when they were finally full (after eyeing the chips longingly while they ate!) Prices were reasonable, especially for how fresh everything is. Next time we're in Lethbridge, this will be on our stop!! Thanks Steph and kitchen staff for a great lunch!

Spectacular service! Something I'm delighted with Canadians is their politeness, friendliness and kindness, and the tranahadores of this place are all of that. The food is delicious, very tasty API beer.

My taste buds are singing!! The veg burger is amazing, and the salad is fabulous (real greens and veggies, not just a like of ice burg lettuce and tasteless tomatoes) highly recommend the Thai peanut dressing. We appreciate that our server was very pleasant extremely patient (we are vegan and asked a lot of questions!) And the deserts are beautiful

Amazingly beautiful restaurant with a great ambiance. Got the Mocha scrambler (only available on weekends until 3pm) with sourdough toast and it was delicious. Wait times are pretty long so it's more of a sit down and relax type of place rather than a quick lunch/dinner.

Mocha has been the favourite of mine and my partners for years. However after our last two times going, we will not be back for a long while. 2 weeks ago my partner and I decided to go for lunch. The service was incredibly slow due to understaffing, but our food was good and our server was nice, so we shrugged it off. Tonight my partner, and 4 other family members decided to go for dinner. There were 5 tables seated when we arrived and one other family waiting to be seated. We were told it would be 10 min until we got seated and that they were sorry but there was only one server on (again). It was 25 min until we finally got seated. From the time we were seated until we could actually leave the restaurant, was an 1 hour and 45 min. We got items we didn’t order and items that were forgotten about, but we genuinely felt so bad for our server that we didn’t want to make a fuss. We were told that management only schedules one server for Sunday’s because it’s not always this busy. The entire night was exhausting and we worked really hard to keep attitudes positive as to not stress out the poor staff that was working. This review in no way reflects the staff that was working tonight (they all should be payed more in my opinion), but it absolutely is a direct review of the management that put those staff in that position. It is poor management to leave your servers scrambling to keep up, just so that you don’t have to pay another server. We won’t be back for a while, we will support local at other restaurants.

This place is amazing! A bit of a wait to get in but that is usually a good sign and it was definitely worth it! Servers were friendly, food was delicious! Absolutely get the duck wings and the Oreo at the end!

The service was slow. The food was very, very average. Although the serving sizes are large, the dishes aren't very appealing. My gyoza noodles were tough. The croissants were lousy. The sandwiches were ho-hum. I just don't understand why everyone raves about this place?

Had a great meal with friends. Food was tasty, service was good and the restaurant itself clean and well designed. Would recommend it for a good meal.

As ALWAYS the food was amazing. Fresh local ingredients and the value is outstanding. Could not leave without a few pieces of cheesecake for home. Love love love this place.

Thank you for following instructions in my online order. The surprise delivery to my sick son was even more special when he saw the note. As well, he said the food was just as good as mom's cooking so bravo! Thank you for doing what you do! You have a mom in another province that is grateful for you!

Really great food and cool decor. I love that the food is farm to table. Pricing is very reasonable for the great quality of food We went on a Sunday morning at 9:30 the restaurant wasn't busy at all and street parking is free on the weekend.

i can't say enough about this place! my friends and i came by for lunch. the whole vibe is so welcoming and friendly! our server Stephanie was such a sweetheart! I had the chicken thai salad and it was hands down the best salad I have ever had. and that is saying a lot for someone who isn't much a salad eater. the thai sauce was amazing and she even sent me home with a little bottle of the sauce! s/o to you Stephanie! we will be back!

This restaurant is way overrated. We waited for a good while before anyone acknowledged we were there. There was one waitress for the entire floor during lunch. I ordered a Thai Chicken salad and was extremely disappointed. The noodles were ice cold (they should be served at least at room temperature) and very unappealing. The dressing was in a small side dish and was so thick it wouldn’t spread around and coat my salad so most of it was eaten without a touch of dressing on it. The mandarin orange segments tasted like they were straight out of the can. The small bit of dressing that was there did taste good. Usually a Thai salad has some peanuts or cashews…there were none. The greens were very fresh but were screaming for some dressing. The chicken was very good and managed to save this salad from being a total disaster. I expected a lot more for 19.50. This salad needs to stay in the kitchen for some improvements.
