Very disappointed order 100 dollar meal and will never order through here again have never had a problem until recently almond chicken was so hard couldn’t even eat it spring smelt and tasted horrible absolutely disgusting

Delicious food, large variety of foods in the buffet.The service was friendly and very good. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.I loved seeing the beautiful fish in the man-made pond as well as the th bridge over this pond upon entrance.*People should not throw coins into the pond; never healthy for the fish.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted. We were here on Saturday night. We found a dead fly in the soy sauce on our table. Is was extremely dusty everywhere! The waitress made us pay for our food even before we were done eating. Men’s washroom looked like it hadn’t been clean in years. The buffet was mostly empty. Chairs were sticky and have not been cleaned either.

Very good Chinese buffet. Best to go before 12 o'clock! The soup is good, the crispy fish is delicious, and the fried rice is not too hard! Ate the fried rice noodles! I actually got fried shrimp crackers!
Formerly New Moon Buffet, I'm unsure if this is simply a name change or if it's under new ownership in the past couple of years. This restaurant has been operating in this city for a couple of decades at least.New Years Eve..Dec 31, 2023. Called to place a food order to be picked up. They said it would be ready in half an hour (5:45PM). Upon arrival there was chaos. A number of other customers were also waiting for their take out orders. Woman at front was extremely rude to everyone" You have to wait...not ready..not ready". Waited from 5:45Pm until approx 6:30PM to receive what amounted to cold food. Food was average. No idea if it's always this unpleasant, or chaotic, or if they were simply overwhelmed and unprepared for the amount of business they had being New Years Eve. There are other Asian food establishments in Lethbridge where this will never happen. We only ordered from New Oriental this time because they offer certain Thai food dishes as well as Chinese food. Likely never again mostly due to the utter rudeness of the woman in the front of house, and the cold, average food sealed the deal for us. Try Shanghai for none of the above mentioned issues.
