New Shanghai Golden Chopstick Restaurant

So I order on their online app for pick up …. Get there and no order ready … girl retrieves it off there system and I wait for them to prepare. I am rewarded with almost $11 more cost as their app is more than their menu. For pick up ??? Get home and the rib sauce I paid $3.50 extra for is not in my order. Just poor overall and lack of owner attention as it was just kids working there. Should pay attention to your systems and pricing?

I ordered delivery and the food came very quickly and was hot. The driver was friendly and pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Shanghai special fried rice. I will definitely order again!

Terrible food. 54 dolllars for only rice. Pineapple chicken balls. Meat inside hard as a rock. Kids couldnt even eat it. Sweet and sour ribs. Dry stringy . Chow mein cabbage hard and no chicken. Fried rice nothing in it. Small portions and way over priced. Never again will we order from new shanghai golden chopsticks

The food is awful, the rice has nothing in it. The chow mein is just filled with lettuce. The ginger beef and chicken balls are dry and hard like they were sitting forever and just reheated. Probably one of the worst Chinese food experiences we have ever had. We will never eat from here ever again.
