I’ve always enjoyed the New York Fries food but this particular branch have the best service. Initially you are taken back on how polite and kind they are. They remember you, they thank you and they don’t just say it to say it - you can tell they actually mean it. Best food and food service experience in my experience in Alberta so far - 2.5yrs!!! Genuine people and great food.

Great staff and great service
I have several allergies, and they always go over and above to make sure my order is perfect. I've never had any reactions from my order either. The clean atmosphere makes so I don't get cross contaminated, and the friendly staff make it easy to keep coming back.
The Lethbridge location has kind and friendly staff. New York Fries have the best gluten free fries and are my go to food court choice!
Grate food and Service definitely worth eating
