Amazing staff! Richard and his crew are always happy to treat their customers with a smile and fantastic attitude, definitely come and get a poutine at the best poutine shop in town! I recommend the butter chicken poutine as a non standard one.

This New York Fries is Lethbridge's best kept secret!! It is our FAVOURITE place in the city for a quick, warming, delicious, and fairly nutritious meal. With the now exorbitant costs of eating out, New York Fries is our most COST EFFECTIVE option as a family. A medium sized meal is about $8.50 which is a good price to begin with. If you produce your AMA card you get a 10% reduction. Their Fry Society loyalty program is equivalent to another 10% reduction. And, since they don't request a tip, that is another 10%-20% reduction in price. Where can you eat out for that price?! Also, I have two celiac's in my family and it is no small thing for them to have a reliably gluten-free place to eat. We go to this NYF branch regularly and the staff are super friendly, they somehow remember our favourite options on the menu, and consistently provide us with A+ customer service! As a city, let's show our appreciation for a business that is EXCELLING at delicious food, keeping prices low, and treating its customers well!
