We ordered from here for the first time tonight. Food got here quickly, but we couldn't eat it. The Mild/Medium hotness was still so hot we couldn't actually taste anything and was too spicy for us to eat. Hardly any meat or veggies & the 'crispy' chicken in mine was mushy. No sesame seeds or roasted peanuts on them. We paid $45 for food that ended up in the garbage. If we could've given no stars we would have.

I ordered hot butter chicken box and Bombay cheese balls, and both were so delicious . The food here is clean and healthy. Service is quick. Quantity is good, I ordered 1 box and that was enough for 2 people. Will surely order again and recommend others.

*UPDATE: the owner contacted me and apologized sincerely and took accountability for the error. It was refreshing and appreciated and because of how kindly and professionally he handled the issue I will be going back there again. I have a severe allergy, I put it on my order to the best of my ability through the Skip app. I contacted Noodlebox directly to attempt to remedy the situation, they were not willing to fix their problem. Very disappointed in their care for food safety.

This was my first time ordering and I would never recommend doing so. I ordered the pad Thai box. Said it had vegetables in it. It did not. Just a bowl of mushy noodles. Not sure if they forgot to add the vegetables and peanuts to it. But was not what I thought I was getting. Not that I would ever order just a bowl of noodles, but if I did I wouldn’t expect them to be mush.

I tried chicken butter masala, and it took me to the seventh cloud after I taste it. The exact taste what I want and the staff is very friendly and they always have smile on their face.
