OPA! of Greece Lethbridge South

This is about this OPA (south Lethbridge). I ordered a chicken kabob platter meal for take out. Brought it home and found they didn't have my chicken in it. I went back later to ask for my chicken. They gave me looks, but complied. I asked for sauce, at first they said no, they I pointed out that they screwed up my order and I had to come back to them, they grudgingly complied, make sour puss faces the whole time .
Terrible service, I had to argue to get them to make it right. I didn't yell or anything, I was firm.
Also the fries were under done and floppy.
I won't be back to that location!

Was my first time at Opa's. Didn't realize what it was a fast food chain until I was there. It was disappointing. The food was okay but the wooden utensils were odd to me.

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB

Went there with my mom and order a couple of meals. The service was good and the food was delicious. The environment was awful. The whole dine-in was smoky and we weren't able to breathe. Had to take our food to our vehicle. Couldn't dine in in super hot weather due to unpleasant atmosphere inside.

Came for lunch with my parents to have a visit. An employee’s children ran and screamed around the restaurant and I could not visit with my family since they were so loud. The employee did not intervene and we ultimately left the restaurant. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Counter at Metrotown Mall Food Court The order taker Simran is a pleasure to deal with! Very pleasant mannerism and clearly does her job well. Love the food and the service is great.🙂 Most people eat out for a pleasant experience and not just to fill their stomachs so an impressive employee like that is important.

Was here when they were short handed and busy and the 2 girls rocked it with service and getting orders correct and out efficiently

Too bad you use SKIP! I wonder if you know how much more we who use SKIP get charged, on your food, and hidden fees we have to pay behind the scenes for unacceptable food presentation and taste, as well as lack of quality control. The first time I ordered, I thought the food was well presented and fresh. Today...OMG...even with $10 off and the hidden fees and upcharges, I get a stick with less than what I would call beef.( regrettably called souvlaki) when it looked like 4 dry burnt toenails on a stick. I couldn't even bite into it. Wasted. 4 little perfectly uniform "filafel" lol with a token overcooked French fey in the bag. Maybe time to clean the fryer and FYI those Filfel nuggets cost me $5,19 for 4. No pride in this establishment at all.Also a terribly stale and old tasting famous Greek potato?
Yikes. Paid a lot of money for the rest of the meal too. A bunch of rice thrown in containers with a bit of onions, tomatoes and chick peas.
SKIP gave me a teeny little refund for this terrible display of pride in taste and service, which OPA did NOT provide. Also took 45 minutes to arrive???
Don't offer me free stuff!!! I'll never eat your food again

I love Opa! and eat here as often as I can afford. Because I'm so price conscious, I notice when I'm being charged more than I should for my food.
It's only an extra 50 cents today, but in the current economy, that WILL make the difference for some people.
Please update your menu to reflect the true cost of your food.
(And yes, this extra is a before-tax charge.)

Opa Northgate, Winnipeg. Didn't issue receipt. Dirty tables, chairs, floor and washroom. Staff always inside the kitchen.

It's a chain so you know what you're getting, but the staff were great at both helping me navigate some creative new menu items that were advertised but not well laid out on the menu, as well as enduring my walking away to entertain my child while preparing, getting my attention to ask questions about my preferences for toppings. The washrooms were clean & bright too.
