Food was quick and delicious! Portions were absolutely massive. Our waitress Bambi was outstanding!! She was very attentive, never left our cups empty and was super social with us. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!! 10/10

Can’t say enough good things about Northside OJs. Been coming regularly for almost 10 years and the food has been consistently great each and every time. Serena, Cedar, Bambi, Lindsey, Linda and everyone else always take great care of us!

Kid-friendliness: We’ve brought our daughter here since she was only months old. She loves the food and OJs is her favorite place to go for dinner!

I wanted to share our disappointing experience at a restaurant in Lethbridge, which was my first visit. This small establishment, crammed with stools, was uncomfortable from the start. We ordered several dishes, but surprisingly, the only one that arrived was the calamari. This left me awkwardly eating while my partner had to wait for his meal.

After 30 minutes, with my partner needing to return to work, we inquired about our food. The host assured us it would be out shortly. However, after waiting 40 minutes with no sign of the rest of our order, we realized we had to leave. It was a truly frustrating experience.

What stood out the most was the lack of accountability from the staff. Instead of offering an apology for the delay, the host kept asking if we wanted to take our food to go or insisted it would be ready soon. This was a far cry from the excellent service we've experienced at original Joe in BC.

Due to this disappointing experience and the way customers are treated, my husband’s company has decided to stop bringing clients to this restaurant, which had been a convenient go-to location for them.

Ps the calamari was 6 out of 10. Surprisingly it wasn't bad.

Stopped for a late supper when arriving to Lethbridge for dental surgery…was quite loud when we arrived around 7:00pm but got used to the noise quickly. Smaller venue and was quite busy when we arrived….Servive was exceptional and we had our drinks and order was placed quickly. Server paid attention at all times…food was incredible! There wasn’t any ToGo Boxes at all! Plates were c empty when we left.
Highly recommend!
