I went to buy poutine there, i checked the website first it was for $5.34..when i went in, it costed me over $14... I asked one of the staff there about huge price difference. She said it's a happy hour deal...means in sad hours they will charge you triple..when i checked Happy Hours menu..there is no poutine listed on there..so where the $14 came from?...ridiculous price for small portion...

Hats off to the manager. We ordered through Skip the Dishes and we only received 1/2 the order, delivery driver clearly couldn’t see the 2nd bag sitting next to it.Called to ask why and the manager quickly answered the phone and offered to bring the second bag ASAP. Within 10 minutes we had the manager at the door apologizing for someone else’s mistake.Excellent service and this is why me and my wife frequent this place. Won’t order online anymore we will definitely stop in from now on.

Aaron was absolutely amazing!! I am from out of town and have been here a few times now. Every time I’m there Aaron does something to blow us out of the water.Get the Parmesan truffle chips and Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake. They are too die for!!Would definitely recommend going here for the food AND the staff

This review is specifically for the West Lethbridge location. I've been a customer of this restaurant for several years and made significant effort to support them through Covid ... to the tune of a couple hundred per month on average. We went last night with friends and had a fairly good meal. The issue we experienced was the owner/manager's new policy of charging customers for ketchup. I've never griped about paying for gravy and other dips, but I will draw the line at ketchup. Our server was very open and said that many others are not impressed either, but management won't hear otherwise. It's not like they haven't increased their menu prices either ... Anyhow, until management reverses this ridiculous practice, they have seen the last of my family and my money.
