If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered twice on uber eats and both times the food has been very stale and cold, I know it’s not the commute because I live very close to the restaurant

I am so sad I wanted a chicken shawrma wrap and this is what I get so sad to pay and not get a good looking and tasting wrap literally threw it in the garbage it looked like it was beaten will never go back again and it was so saggy. This place used to be good but looks like they changed ownership.

We had walking Oder in store cUSTOMER SERVICE was worst the employee are not even smile and not welcoming at all we are vegetarian and the guys behaving very rude with my husband and not responding about over Oder and did not pay attention us

I have never seen an empty wrap like the one I had from them.
I asked for beef one in Saj bread and literally have like 20 gm of beef in it.
There was more onions and tomatoes than beef so I guess their business model is not going to survive much longer as there is no value to product provided.
I will not waste money on that place as that’s definitely was not a Shwerma wrap.

I think this is the one of the best place you can go for your cravings. Really delicious food they have . I got chicken poutine and it was fantastic.

First time visiting from Calgary and had a bad experience. We ordered two chicken wraps and the food was L dirt cold, the worker was rushing so much because he was the only one , and it tasted to bad… we ended up throwing it and going to McDonald’s ! Paid $40 for nothing tbh and never had this experience in Calgary! He was taking skip orders before us I personally seen him accept and make three

I have had shawarma in many restaurants, and the portions are satisfying. At Osmow’s Lethbridge, they don’t even use portion control; they just eyeball it. Then they said only three veggies could be put on the wrap.

Employees are incompetent and zero knowledge about shawarma.

I hope they can do better or shut down. Insted of cheating the customers.
