I've been to the Owl many times and have never had an experience this amazing. Usually the service is awful due to a specific rude server and bartender (unsure of names) but they were not there last night and I had a wonderful time! Shout out to our waitress she was awesome, attentive, and so kind, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name! The music rocked as always 🤘

We stopped in here Thursday night, sat outside, service was okay, prices were good, we had drinks, appetizers and 4 entrees, the last entree to arrive was carnivore nachos, it was dropped by server (it happens) but the replacement arrived when everyone else was done, and appeared to be a hastily put together imposter. The nachos were not finished and that person went to Five-Guys right after. The consensus was maybe the nachos should have come off the bill.

I’ve always loved The Owl by the unique interior, atmosphere, and great food. However, I went to The Owl to order some food and a drink but nobody served me for over an hour. I asked the bartender if I could order a drink (assuming maybe I’d have to go to the bar instead) and he snapped back at me with a rude tone. I was told I’d then have a server so I asked her if I could order food and she said she’d grab another server for me… no one came. I then asked again for food and this server said “ok I’ll be right back” (in a rude and dismissive tone) and never came back. This cycle happened about 5 times. To add onto the bad service, my friend ordered food but it never actually came. She, too, complained about how rude the staff were. Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Super disappointed.

This place is exceptionally unique inside. We stopped in for lunch and had the opportunity to look around the place because no one else was there.
The service was good but unfortunately the food wasn't great. The chicken burger was overcooked and fairly dry and the calamari and shrimp wasn't anything special.

Terrible service. My friends and I had planned to have a pleasant evening, but everything went down the drain since the moment we arrived, we were treated terribly from the start.
The cherry on top was when my friend found a hair in her appetizer. Simply disgusting. Instead of apologizing, the waitress got angry.
