This place is exceptionally unique inside. We stopped in for lunch and had the opportunity to look around the place because no one else was there.
The service was good but unfortunately the food wasn't great. The chicken burger was overcooked and fairly dry and the calamari and shrimp wasn't anything special.

Terrible service. My friends and I had planned to have a pleasant evening, but everything went down the drain since the moment we arrived, we were treated terribly from the start.
The cherry on top was when my friend found a hair in her appetizer. Simply disgusting. Instead of apologizing, the waitress got angry.
Even so, we paid for the hairy calamari and left.

We were a group of 10 people celebrating a birthday waiting for the last 2 to arrive. From the moment we walked in, the staff was cold and unfriendly. The first thing we were told was that we’d be charged an extra fee for being a “large group,” and the tone was anything but polite. It felt like they were doing us a favor by even letting us in.
Despite plenty of available tables, they seated us in the most tucked-away corner and never offered to help rearrange anything. Once seated, we were asked if we were staying long or just there for drinks … again, it felt like we were unwelcome.
The waitress was openly hostile. At one point, she told us to push our table even closer to the wall because the musicians would need to pass through, despite there being a wide space and no valid reason not to shift a bit.
When our last two friends arrived, instead of helping us expand the seating, they made us squeeze tighter into the same table, making it uncomfortable for everyone.
We tried to enjoy ourselves anyway and ordered an appetizer, but one of my friends had to spit out her food because there was a hair in it. Absolutely disgusting. We told the waitress and asked for napkins. Her response? “I’ll let the chef know.” No apology. And the napkins never came.
At that point, we decided to leave and headed to Telegraph Taphouse ❤️ where the experience was the complete opposite. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, and the food was delicious.
We’re still unsure whether the way we were treated at Owl Acoustic Lounge was due to racism or some other reason, but either way, it was clear they didn’t want us there.
We would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went for trivia night and the house was packed but the servers and bartenders checked in often enough that I was taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and everything was a reasonable price.
