We have ordered from Panago for years, this is definitely the best location in Lethbridge. However, they have changed the type of plant based cheese and the new stuff is disgusting. They told us that they were not required to inform customers of this change so they did not. Unfortunately this new cheese is not even edible, the old stuff was much better. Unfortunately, Panago was not willing to help at all until we insisted they do something. Good thing there are a lot of other good pizza places in town!

If you call to try and order delivery for the first time in a while, get prepared to go through a whole job interview before you get to telling the representative what you want to eat. Oh, and they don't speak English that well, so you will be in that interview for a while as they ask you to repeat yourself 2 to 4 times and then by the 4th time spell it out, which of course isn't flawless either since some letters aren't easily understood. What happened to giving your number, address and placing your order? Needless to say I went with Pizza Hut instead.

I get a pizza here at least once a month. They are always delicious and the staff is friendly. 1 XL is plenty to feed my family, and price is pretty good!

Always good pizza from here, the 2 medium for 23$ is my usual go to and never lets me down. Everyone is always so friendly when you go in to pick up compared to other pizza joints in Lethbridge.
