I am a doordash driver , I got a order from papa johns pizza , says food will be ready at 12:13 Am I arrived sharp 12:13 . I told them i am picking up food for this particular customer they said it will take 5 minutes . I replied it shows order supposed to be ready at 12:13 . He replied i dont care . If you want to wait you can wait or you can leave . RUDE .!

Ordered a delivery of the stuffed crust dough. Pizza was soaked with oil and the whole tray was loaded with oil like the pizza was deep fried. Had bad acid reflux right after one slice. Couldn't eat any more of this.... nothing but disappointment

Ordered large pep & mush. Had to go on a search party to find any mushrooms. About a gram worth of mushroom shreddings in the very center. Also got honey chipotle boneless wings. The photos are what they are supposed to look like, and what I got. Terribly misleading. And did get the ranch they were to come with.

Ordered a pizza after 2am, Skip the dishes agreed to deliver it. I waited over 40 minutes after the order was confirmed by Papa John's. No courier accepted the delivery. I hope it wasn't charged to my credit card.

The Tastiest pizza crust out of all available one's. The only let down is their dipping sauces. If they could replace that with something better. I will be buying pizzas only from papa john's
I have no issues with the pizza or the staff!However while I was there waiting for my order, 2 guys came in and it appeared like they knew the staff and they just walked around the counter and went into the kitchen while talking to everyone. Then another guy came in and just walked around the counter and picked up some orders and left. I just found it a bit unprofessional as if it was a free for all type of environment. But again, the pizza was good!

It seems like the quality of food here is going downhill as I have enjoyed really good papa johns pizza years ago when i was younger in Calgary. The normal pizza has crusts so thin that they can be considered thin crust pizzas. Is this store trying to save on dough to increase profits? Its going to do the opposite and make people not want to come back. Secondly, even though the dough is so thin it seems uncooked. The last two times we ordered from here we had upset stomach after eating. I do truly believe that employees are not concerned with hand washing and the till/money transaction activites. Employees here are very friendly but I think a course on hand washing might be beneficial. I was a frequent customer here but I dont see myself going back. What a shame.
