Terrible service by the girl working today. who says if u order a pizza online, you cannot eat it inside the restaurant. She yelled at us saying hey u ordered for pickup you cannot eat it in the restaurant. How idiotic someone has to be to say that. At the end, We ordered from your restaurant. stupid

Food was cold from the buffet, salad was soaking. The bathrooms absolutely disgusting, chicken bones on the floor and the windows so dirty you can’t even see through them. Not going here again!

Ordered pizza for delivery. Asked for light sauce and got virtually no sauce. Was basically a big thing of cheese and bread

This place is absolutely disgusting. I can’t wrap my head around how they are still serving food. I am appalled at how dirty the bathrooms were. It didn’t look like they had been cleaned in months. The overall restaurant is dirty. Makes me wonder where the food and health inspectors are. Won’t be going back here again that’s for sure

Hard to order pizza, deals are not real, no difference in value, waist of time.

This particular pizza hut is slow as heck...the app says 15 minutes and they take over twice as long. Poor customer service and extremely slow service...and thats ordering through the app. -2 stars

This place SUCKS!!! Been here for 2 hours and still only gotten part of our food and still waiting on the rest! Two family’s came in after us and are already done eating which is absolutely rediculous. It super dirty to, with chicken wing bones lying on the ground and it smells like garbage. Their bathrooms are no better, absolutely filthy!! -10/10 do not recommend at all!!!!

Placed order online ahead of time for dinner. Showed up and it wasn't even place into the oven until 5 minutes after the latest pick up time. Horrible service. People who came in after me got their food while I sat and waited for over 15 min. Updated Sept 2025

I was the only one in the restaurant placed my order got my order never seen a staff member till I got up and asked if anyone worked there. Music loud enough that I could here it clearly where I was sitting.

Never ate inside, did a pickup. Pizza is nasty! Hawaiian pizza overcooked, not a lot of pineapple on it either. Of course it was $18.49, but does better. Service was good, food not so much. Not worth the purchase

This place is going to be closed soon if they don't offer better service. Food was OK but came out very slow it was like they placed each of our orders separate when ones was finished they started the next . Took forever to get refills on drinks finally had to ask still took a long time. There was 4 of use asked for 1pop and waters . Waitress brought 1 pop and 2 waters, bonus at least it was cold and had ice. First round of water was warm. Finally had to hunt someone down to get and pay our bill. On top of all this they wanted a forces to pay 15% tip. They told us sorry the waitress was very busy. There was only one other table of 5 and another waitress was taking care of them. Defiantly feel we're among some of the last people in Lethbridge to realize this place is not what it use to be..

Worst service ever and when friends complained about force tip because of lack of service were told they can never come back. Must have had to send to many as restaurant wasn’t busy empty 6 pm at night
