Pizza Hut Lethbridge

They have very good service and they have it ready for you at the time they say.

The bathrooms where absolutely gross and the restaurant look dirty as well

This restaurant is Crusty, and I am not referring to the stuffed crust pizza which to be fair was actually decent especially in comparison to the service and overall uncertainty restaurant environment. First we were sat at a dirty table, we then had to make our own space by placing tables together for our group. The bathroom was atrocious! The toilets were literally moldy, & the soap dispenser was temperamental, getting it to dispens soap was a feat on its own. Every door handle in the place was greasy and somehow crusty at the same time. And the service was below average, and it was not even busy. This restaurant used to be a place we loved to come to but with every passing year / new management it has steadily gone down hill.

Went at lunch for buffet terrible service barely any food and this was at 12:30. Will not go again.

We ordered in-store using the app, there was some problems but a kind guy named Prince helped solve them.

Family Day Casual Dining Room atmosphere was superb. Families had well-behaved children seated with cherub-cheeks and large smiles. The scent of rosemary, roma tomatos, and yeast-infuse dough rising and baking whet the appetite. The sun was shining next to the bright window table. Perfection.

Great food and service, would have been nice if there were more people, our group was the only one there for the most part.

Order online for the most savings. You can put some in the freezer and microwave or use a oven (double the oven cook time if you freeze the pizza) also with the rewards I got 2 med 2 topping pizza for 11 bucks.

If I could give half a star I would or no stars stood for 20 mins waiting to be seated then sat for 30 mins without service ended up walking out will never go back and I have worked at pizza hut as a kid and am very disappointed in there service and additude

Love that they still do dine in!

Arrived on a Sunday evening just before 5pm, a group of 5. We were seated promptly and given menus. 3 other tables were seated within about 5 min, of our arrival.
After 30 minutes the server asked if we were ready drinks. We all placed our drink order, once that was done she tried to walk away, but we stopped her, as we were ready to order food. Another 25 min went by, before we got any of our drinks. 5 min later we got our food, unfortunately 1 of the pizzas were entered into the system wrong. She got us the correct one in about 10 min.
All drinks were finished and food, but we had to wait another 20 min and multiple failed attempts to get the attention of our server, before someone came over to ask how they could help.
The server then brought our bill over. Total time there was over 100 minutes, for something that we could have been done in 60.

Bad service couldn't understand her

We love the family feast and upgrade it to large pizzas to increase the value. Always courteous device and tasty reliable food for the family.

Worst place in town
Next time I’ll grab a frozen pizza and eat it in an outhouse
