Pizza Hut Lethbridge

This place use to be great, since the new ownership took control they have completely destroyed this establishment. If you’re lucky you will get the Caucasian lady serving you and the food is actually good (afternoon) but if you’re unfortunately you’ll get the other staff who would rather sit in the back and chat amongst themselves in their foreign language instead of serving their customers (even if you’re the only one there). I’d highly suggest going to literally any other establishment.

I ordered online and was told it would be an extra 5 minutes from when I arrived. I sat there waiting for over 30 minutes before I ran their “door bell” cause they apparently can’t come out from the back and do their actual job. 10 minutes after ringing the bell someone happened to walk by and almost retreated into the back. This was a guy in street clothes who finally decided maybe I should do my job. I told him about me waiting and he gave me some weak excuses about not knowing if it was my order, again I was the only one in the building. After an hour of my “pick up time” I finally got my food only to find out it was cold, hard, and burnt. If the franchisee wonders why nobody is ever there it’s because of his poor staff and below par quality but I assume he’s just as incompetent.

I’ve reached out to Pizza Hut corporate to see why this establishment has gone to complete garbage. Over $60 for poor service and even worse food is a complete joke.

Went to dine in and the service was slow and not very helpful even though there was only three other people dining in as well. Didn't feel very welcome. Definitely not the way it use to be sadly.

I can honestly say, this is the last time I’ll be going to this location, I could have grabbed my pizzas in Calgary and they would have been warmer than the ones I got here, and the customer service is abysmal.

The server was by herself. Service started slow, but once she got going everything came out promptly. The food was decent. The meal for $64.99 fed 2 adults, 3 teens, and a 5-year-old. Good deal.

We visited this location with a group of about 14 youth. We tried to call a head to make reservations and order pizza so that the kitchen and staff would have sufficient time to prepare for our larger group. Dealing with the workers on the phone was horrible, they were so unhelpful and told us that we needed to be there in person to order the food.
We sent one adult in to order food and make arrangements an hour prior to us planning to eat. While she was trying to make reservations and order the food, the employee was appallingly rude and kept leaving during their conversation to go help other people walking in. Once everything was organized for us, we showed up at the arranged time and again the worker at the front was snarky and rude. I have never had such horrible customer service at a restaurant where employees roll their eyes and give you attitude every time you talk to them. I will not be returning!

they didn’t seat us until we went up to them in the kitchen, ants all over the floor, never checked in on us about the food, and took forever to get us the bill.

has a sign saying wait to be seated ...... dont listen its a lie staff will literally look at you and walk into the back and not even acknowledge your existence. very poor service gave us dirty plates ..
