If I could give this place a zero for today I would. Came in today around 1pm for the buffet, was there maybe a half hour, hardly any new food was out. There was a small amount of salad and hardly a pizza or pasta option. Bread sticks looked older then the restaurant itself! I was already a little frustrated, then before we were even done the server came up with the machine and made us pay? We weren't even done eating our disgrace of a lunch! Worst 40$ I ever spent.

Sadly I had my order messed up, and the cashier did not give me a receipt. Once I got home, I called in and they said they couldn't do anything about it.Terrible customer support, Angry staff, and all around a bad experience

Go to the westside or papa johns. This place is too shady. Made an online order to redeem my free pizza, they made a change to the order so I had to pay for it and the customer service did nothing about it. Being a rewards member is pointless and this location.

I ordered a bundle to watch the game becsuse I wanted to fully enjoy it without distractions. The order arrived, without the wings, wring dips, cold pizza. I called customer service twice and they did not solved anything, the wings arrived 40 minutes later and no even an apology was offered. It took me 40 minutes of my time to be thinking and dealing with pizza hut, when I just wanted to watch the game with NO DISTRACTIONS! Not ordering again.
