This used to be my go to place for pizza, but today I received the most ridiculous service together with whole bunch other people. When I put in the order online the system confirmed order was received and will be ready in 30min. Went in to pick up 30min later, was told by the staff that it was not ready, they needed 40 more minutes. Went back anhour later, and was told still need to wait for another 20 minutes. The staff was not even apologize for anything. At that point I just wanted to get a refund and leave. But because the order was put in online, their system does not even have a way to cancel or refund on the app. Won’t come back again.

This is just a quick spot to come and grab your online order. Basically there are no seating arrangements inside, it is actually very inconvenient for anyone with disabilities, but in my opinion pizza hut has the best quality pizza for the price. And they are pretty quick when you order!

Terrible, I’ve ordered a bunch from here before and never a problem, I ordered the same thing tonight I got 5 phone calls, confused buddys on the south side, why I’m obviously not over there, new Canadians there great, lesson learned never ordering from here again

Food was very good and the counter attendant who is very young was also very friendly and helpful. He served me a great service. Also, maintain the proper hygiene. Overall experience was very good must visit second time

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. The cashier, Him Patel, was extremely rude from the start. We asked for a second to decide and he snapped at us to hurry up because they were “closing in 10 minutes,” even though it was only 10:15 and the store doesn’t close until 11. When I asked for a pasta without chicken, he refused even though I had ordered the vegetarian version here just two days ago. He had AirPods in the whole time and acted like he couldn’t care less about helping customers.
After finally placing our order, he told us it would take 15 minutes. We waited right outside, standing in front of the store, but instead of letting us know when it was ready, he just left the food sitting in the heater. There was no effort, no professionalism, and no respect. It honestly felt like he went out of his way to make the experience unpleasant. I will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely awful service. I entered an order online in advance for a gathering that night. The gathering was rescheduled and I tried to cancel or adjust my order in the app, which directed me to call my location. After many attempts to call with no success I decided to go in person. I went to the location before the started making the food. When I asked why the number did not work they had no idea and did not attempt to resolve the issue. In person they could not give any indication of whether the app points I had used could be returned to me if I cancelled the order, and when I said I would keep the portion of my order the points had purchased they stated they could not do this but tried to charge me the full price. When I stated I would consider either keeping the original order or just cancelling altogether they stated that they had already canceled the order and would have to re-enter it (but it did not have any of the discounts I had online). I determined I would cancel the order altogether. I lost the loyalty points in the app, lost time to their inept service, and they have lost me as a customer.
