Placed an online order for wings + pizza. The app glitched a bit, but the called right away to confirm everything, they were helpful, which I appreciated. Food was ready right when I walked in. The wings were actually sauced properly (not dry like some places) and the pizza was hot. The hut was busy but the staff seemed organized. Good experience overall.

Honestly surprised me today. Ordered a medium pepperoni online and picked it up at Bluefox North. The order was actually ready earlier than the app estimated, which never happens anywhere else. Pizza was hot, cheese still bubbling, and the crust had that perfect soft-but-crispy bite. Staff at the counter didn’t say much but were polite and quick. Overall great little stop.

Placed an order at 1030pm, recieved phone call from location at 1040pm stating delivery driver was sent home early and my order was canceled. No confirmation email for cancelation, credit card was charged and no refund received. Transaction has been disputed with my bank. Shady customer service

While the chicken was good, my cheese pull-aparts were completely raw in the middle!! like actual raw wet dough??? had to put them in the oven at home!! Service was mediocre, the store smelled like wet paint??

Late night craving for me means they were in a late night rush to go home. Under cooked pizza! Raw dough so had to finish cooking in my oven at home. Called the store and a snotty attitude was all I got. Was told I wanted to talk to a manager and have pictures. Worker at the store that night said goo better have pictures. Filled out the online survey. Day 5 still nothing from a manager

3 indian guys, only one really knows english to understand what I was saying. I ordered garlic bread and they gave me garlic dip. Never going back to that store again. The pizza is the only good thing I got from that place.
The worst place ever to get food, they haven't got my order right not once. They miss the dips and the pop. The bacon is always 1000% burnt on the salads. No care at all from this place. I live on the Northside and would drive to the south one over getting from this one.

Pre ordered for pick up at 6:30pm. Was not ready when arrived, proceeded to wait 45 minutes for the order. Got home and opened the order to find one pizza with the wrong toppings and look further and there is literally no sauce just dough and cheese! Wings ordered were suppose to be traditional wings and were boneless, okay maybe rough night fine, go to take a bite of one of the slices of a different pizza ordered instantly spit out sour as heck. Thought would give another chance, called let them know stated I would take a reorder, they stated 20-40 minutes, over an hour later it arrives, bracing myself to try again, nope heck no regretting life choices. Ugh never again!

I went to this Pizza Hut to get a triple treat box that was supposed to cost $38.99, but it came out to $67.99! I thought that was weird, so I drove all the way across town to the Pizza Hut in Mayor Magrath, and guess what? The same exact order came out to $41.99. Something fishy is going on here, and I think they're overcharging customers. But If you're into being overcharged then this is the place to go.
