Pre ordered for pick up at 6:30pm. Was not ready when arrived, proceeded to wait 45 minutes for the order. Got home and opened the order to find one pizza with the wrong toppings and look further and there is literally no sauce just dough and cheese! Wings ordered were suppose to be traditional wings and were boneless, okay maybe rough night fine, go to take a bite of one of the slices of a different pizza ordered instantly spit out sour as heck. Thought would give another chance, called let them know stated I would take a reorder, they stated 20-40 minutes, over an hour later it arrives, bracing myself to try again, nope heck no regretting life choices. Ugh never again!

I went to this Pizza Hut to get a triple treat box that was supposed to cost $38.99, but it came out to $67.99! I thought that was weird, so I drove all the way across town to the Pizza Hut in Mayor Magrath, and guess what? The same exact order came out to $41.99. Something fishy is going on here, and I think they're overcharging customers. But If you're into being overcharged then this is the place to go.

I ordered a family size Chicken Alfredo Pasta with breadsticks at this Bluefox North Lethbridge location but all I got was a serving of a regular sized pasta that was divided into 2 portions/pans. There were no breadsticks at all and the pasta was super dry, undercooked and barely had any sauce and chicken in it. I called the customer service hotline and explained to them the situation but the lady I have spoken to (I think her name was Janine) was not even trying to solve the problem and argued that I only ordered the pasta and doesn’t say any breadsticks in the order. I checked back my order and it says there indeed that it comes with breadsticks that I paid $29 in total including their pricey delivery fee plus courier tip. She said they will just send a new one but by the tone of her voice, she doesn’t even care at all, I didn’t feel I was heard and didn’t get any apologies with the order.

Extremely disappointed. I will not order from this location ever again. The quality of customer service has declined, they do not open on-time on weekends, and they do not complete their delivery orders properly. Please train your staff better and regulate your delivery system.

Made a time call and they didn’t even know it was there so we were late for our dinner. Pizza was dry and pieces had no toppings on it. I have always ordered from this location in the past . Now that they have switched staff the quality of food and service is not Pizza Hut worthy. I will never go to that location again.

I went to get pizza for dinner for my family but I walked out as the price was too high for 2 large pizzas. Which is why my score is low as I did not eat there. The cashier was not very willing to help with my questions I found, which made the decision to leave easier. I LOVE Pizza Hut a lot, but I had to resort to dominoes which I hate as they had great deals at better prices.Come on Pizza Hut, lower your prices or give us better deals so we can all benefit as the competition really has nothing on you, except better prices.
They make bad pizza. The one on the south side is noticeably better quality. Also, the delivery drivers are completely incompetent, and if you pre pay, you likely won't even get your food. And if you complain, the manager will ban you from the store.

Great service tonight. Was a little torked about the $5 extra topping but the fella gave me a free side order. Good guys there. Pizza was good.

No level of professionalism. Guys are always outside fixing and looking at the Honda accord. Very slow service. Pizza tracker told me it was ready and had to wait 10 extra minutes. The 2nd time around I walked in and had the yell hello 4 times to get someone to come to the front and greet me.
