Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I go to Lethbridge every year and have Popeyes. I also have it where I live. This time it was the worst chicken I ever had at Popeyes. So much so I won't be buying any soon. I still have the after taste in my mouth. The skin was so tough we could not tear it. No taste on the breaded chicken it self.. Chicken was so dry we could not eat it. A few family members had tummy aches. The only thing I could think of it was left over chicken given to us from the lunch crowd. Terrible

I always came to Popeye’s for chicken. Have not been for over a year. Decided you know what I want some chicken. I placed my order, came home & came home to have the best chicken. It was horrible, dry & cold. I will not be back, I was shocked that they actually put that out. Will not be back. There’s a new chicken joint in town I’m going to have to try.

Everytime I have been there it's always been clean and the food that makes my mouth water. So glad that I tried Popeyes and if you're wondering about spicy, they can do it up to your liking 👍.
Me personally I am not a " spicy " person with food and they still looked after me.

Still using the toxic paper straws. Make sure to take your own.

It was a great place to eat if you’re craving fried chickens. We had a great time eating there because the service was quick and they’re all nice. Special thanks to Ms. Rachel for helping us and being so kind to us 😊

I went here on Nov 8th at night. We ordered the 2 can dine wings. We waited for about 10-15 minutes on the parking and got home. As I was eating, i found out that the chicken was undercooked. I ended up throwing the chicken. I contacted the support and they raised it to the management. Next day, I got a call by one of the male supervisor that they will be replacing my chicken. On Nov 11th, I decided to claim the replacement. They made sure it's well done and cooked properly. The female supervisor (I forgot to ask her name) gave me my order and apologized for the inconvenience. They also gave me a strawberry pie for free aswell. Thank you again!

Very bad customer service, one.of the staff named Hani when I asked him that my order is ready and started yelling no it is not ready, and a second later he wanted to confirm it is ready for pickup, then I said how can I confirm ready if you just said it is not !!!! Then he shouted ok GO....what very unprofessional customer service.....!!!!

The fried chicken in this place is my favorite, it's worth it when you're looking for tasty fried chicken. The only issue in this particular branch is that sometimes the attendant doesn't understand your order and could give you something different.
